As a chronic nail biter, I had really made a mess of my nails. Prior efforts with acrylics, tips, gel fills, etc etc etc all ended up destroying my underlying nails. They ended up thin as paper, damaged and unhealthy. Eric uses a gel veneer that is different than other products. It has restored my damaged nails. On the nails that were not damaged, he has used his standard base, gel and top coat material and he does not file away at my nails to remove the gel polish. Because of his technique and the higher quality materials he uses ALL my nails are healthier and stronger now that they have ever been. I don't need the gel veneer anymore - Eric repaired and restored my screwed up nails so that all my nails are strong, natural and pretty.

I walked in and let them know about my appointment, I saw them check their book and confirm I was on there. She then told me to check in on the kiosk and pick my color. I followed the woman to a pedicure chair where she informed me that I shouldn't sit there and it was for someone else. About two minutes later, a woman walks in and thanks her for squeezing in an appointment. Wow. She tells me to go speak to the manager. He asks can I wait because there are three other people ahead of me, I said no I really couldn't and that's why I made an appointment. Very, very disappointing experience. Why let me check in for my appointment but then don't service me? Why was another woman with an appointment serviced before me? Why was there no real solution offered except wait for an undisclosed amount of time? I thought people were friendlier down south but clearly the businesses are not. 0/10.

My toes because of this were essentially chipped, and the nail polish was stripped as I walked. This was very frustrating because it could have been avoided. I have never been treated like this in this salon before. And never will be again. This nail salon has no price list in sight. I asked the price and I got no solid answer. I had my natural short nails buffed and cuticles trimmed, adjust lengths. My nails are short & natural. I had them remove the gel polish for my pedicure, very basic just soak, buff feet and the polish. I waited more than an hour before having my face and half leg wax. The lady who waxes kept taking customers while I waited and waited and waited. They had said it would be 10 minutes before and so by now they have lied by omission, and overtly lied about the time. I waited no less than an hour with nowhere comfortable to sit. They had the nerve to charge me 178.00! Plus I gave them tip!!! Had I had access to a price list I might have made different decisions. I just called and was told the face and half leg wax was $95 ??? Never ever have they charged me more than $40 for this 15-20 minute service. My bad...I let them take advantage of me with a smile on my face and tip in my hand. I thought on my way home maybe they needed the money really badly? Has anyone else had this experience there?
