However they took me in and got me scheduled super fast. Each lady I worked with was so kind and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and happy, no matter what. They were very patient with me too, at first I was a little nervous about my wedding dress because I didn't know what to expect but they exceeded my expectations! I also took my bridesmaid dress to them and they helped me out so much and made sure it fit. Overall, wonderful service, amazing workers, and a very neat and tidy shop! Incredibly disappointing because I have sent people here before and they have zero customer loyalty. Ps. When I've gone in the past, multiple alterations for one item were required. i always just went with it because the end product would be fine but it took them 3 tries to get it right. He is professional and he is direct and that honesty about what he does and how he does it goes a long way to understanding what amount of work is going into what Tom is about to do. I'm someone who can make dress pants last for years so when I get new pairs and get them tailored, I have no problem sifting through some of the more "convenient" and "cheaper" options so that I can make sure it's done right, and Tom lives up to that. After Yelping, I came across Theresa's since it is pretty close to where I live and shop. This search was a win! My wait to be served was minimal. I would try on every garment and after each fitting she would come in to make her markings and ensure I was happy with how it looked. Stuff like this I do not want to rush and I certainly did not experience that during my visit. The pricing was a bit more than what I used to pay, but still quite fair. More importantly, the results... spot on! Everything looks great and I could not be happier! When it comes time to do have alterations done, I will gladly come back!
