DO NOT GO HERE. I went in to get a dress tailored after having been here for at least +6 items…read more She at first agreed to do my alterations and then said I was asking too many questions and refused to do it. The son said she sometimes just doesn't want to do projects and that I should go elsewhere. She then said she couldn't handle the simple hem I requested. She was incredibly rude and kept waiving her hand at me to leave when I was trying to ask as to why she changed her mind. I asked kindly and she gave no response as to why. Incredibly disappointing because I have sent people here before and they have zero customer loyalty. Ps. When I've gone in the past, multiple alterations for one item were required. i always just went with it because the end product would be fine but it took them 3 tries to get it right. It's a bummer there aren't more places in cincinnati. If you want good customer service and communication and a good alteration, don't go here. I've taken six pairs of Ralph Laurens to him and have him working on three pairs of Hilfigers right now. He is professional and he is direct and that honesty about what he does and how he does it goes a long way to understanding what amount of work is going into what Tom is about to do. I'm someone who can make dress pants last for years so when I get new pairs and get them tailored, I have no problem sifting through some of the more "convenient" and "cheaper" options so that I can make sure it's done right, and Tom lives up to that. I look forward to seeing him again when it's time to pick up my order and see how good my new suits fit as a result of his work.
