However they took me in and got me scheduled super fast. Each lady I worked with was so kind and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and happy, no matter what. They were very patient with me too, at first I was a little nervous about my wedding dress because I didn't know what to expect but they exceeded my expectations! I also took my bridesmaid dress to them and they helped me out so much and made sure it fit. Overall, wonderful service, amazing workers, and a very neat and tidy shop! He is professional and he is direct and that honesty about what he does and how he does it goes a long way to understanding what amount of work is going into what Tom is about to do. I'm someone who can make dress pants last for years so when I get new pairs and get them tailored, I have no problem sifting through some of the more "convenient" and "cheaper" options so that I can make sure it's done right, and Tom lives up to that. I look forward to seeing him again when it's time to pick up my order and see how good my new suits fit as a result of his work.

I would try on every garment and after each fitting she would come in to make her markings and ensure I was happy with how it looked.
