They were very patient with me too, at first I was a little nervous about my wedding dress because I didn't know what to expect but they exceeded my expectations! When I went to pick up today, the owner and the lady I spoke with on the phone were both in. They informed me of the bad news that their conveyor system broke and they are unable to get anything down for customers. He is professional and he is direct and that honesty about what he does and how he does it goes a long way to understanding what amount of work is going into what Tom is about to do. I'm someone who can make dress pants last for years so when I get new pairs and get them tailored, I have no problem sifting through some of the more "convenient" and "cheaper" options so that I can make sure it's done right, and Tom lives up to that. I look forward to seeing him again when it's time to pick up my order and see how good my new suits fit as a result of his work.

Things were said that mischaracterized both parties. Monica's husband reach out to me and we were able to discuss this in a cordial and professional manner.
