Do not buy these units unless you hire. The require very delicate ribbon cables to be disconnected and reconnected wich break more times than not. Wasted money and time. Ended up having to buy a new head unit and lost over $400 for this unit, Stay Away From this Company read more

I bought a car from them two years ago, right off the jump the car had tire issues where they would deflate. Found out all four tires were bald and bad. So I had to replace them, the car was also in an accident which it said in the report, they say the airbags weren't deployed yet there was scuffs on the interior showing otherwise. The head lights is held in by wood screws and the bumper bracket isn't even on the car so the bumper falls off if the plastic clips aren't holding it. Still payed 14,000 dollars for the car. read more

We got a little car from Hamilton Motors, but found that the tires were almost worn to the illegal limit. According to Discount Tire, the front tires were at 4/32 and the back ones were at 3/32 (which is bad). I had to put all new tires on it within a month of buying it outright/cash pay. I tried calling several times speaking to "Gus" got ignored and never got any response. I finally sent the owner an email with the reports from the tire store and the invoice and asked if he could split it with me since it is technically a safety issue and splitting it (which is reasonable!) because really the back tires were the problem. HE OUTRIGHT REFUSED. I wanted to be a repeat customer and I wanted to leave a good review but I cannot. I would advise against ever using this dealership. Oh and we still haven't received our license plates or registration yet either. Go elsewhere! read more

I did my research and found this local dealership. I was impressed how they let me look through their inventory without the added pressure that exist at other car lots. They went through the car fax on 3 vehicles which helped us pick a vehicle we felt the most comfortable with. We wanted some time to discuss away from the dealership and they were not afraid to have us walk out to get on the same page. I enjoyed the no pressure sales approach and when we returned we came to terms and they got us out the door quickly after helping me secure the financing. Paul is amazing. I will start off by saying that buying a car is NEVER fun, however purchasing a car with Paul was the best experience I EVER have had. This place does not use high pressure sells like every other car place does. They also stand behind their work. We purchased our car back in July of 2021 and they replaced a tail light as it had water in it. March of 2022 the water leak came back and I called them and they said to come in and they would help us out with getting it fixed. read more

Disappointed with Hamilton Motors. I bought a 2017 Honda Civic about a month ago. The repair and tire pressure light came on within two weeks. FALSE ADVERTISING/DISHONEST I bought a Lexus IS 300 from here and had a disappointing experience. I'm stuck with a car that is missing features that I really needed. I've only had the car two days and will have to sell it myself online after being lied to and misled. I came to this car dealership three times and thought it was going to be a good experience, but unfortunately after buying the car I realized things on the car that were listed online on their Hamilton motors site weren't actually there on the car (SEE photos). They copy and paste things onto their website with inaccurate information, don't even check the car to make sure the car has it. I trusted the dealer to tell me the truth about the car. If you buy a car here, check EVERYTHING carefully yourself and make sure all features on their website are actually there on the car. I was sold the Lexus that was advertised on your Hamilton Motors website and KSL that it had blind spot monitoring and navigation but the car does not have either. I'm very disappointed because I needed to use it to get home when my phone died. Thats false advertisement. I didn't check for these features myself because I was too focused on the mechanical aspects of the car and trusted the listing was accurate. As a suggestion in the future for you guys, I suggest you all verify that the listing is accurate before the consumer is misled and stuck with a car that they are unhappy with and stuck reselling. AND THE FRUSTRATIONS continue. Now on July 7, Fob key on Lexus does not work to start the car, not even when I hold the fob key up to the push start button for a few minutes, car will STILL NOT start. Now the Lexus is stuck in a parking lot and I Have to UBER clear from Willard, UTAH to go get a new battery after they told me they replaced the battery in the fob key. So most likely this car needs a whole entire new fob which is expensive. read more

I was looking for a car and found a van here at Hamilton Motors. I specifically asked is there anything wrong with the van over and over. I was Advised the van was in good condition. Once leaving Lehi and going to SLC . I was already having problems. They advised I take the van back to them and they would fix it. Which they did fix some issues to take the van again and find out there were way more issues on it than I thought. Again they advised to take it back and they will help fix it . To find out that even after fixing it the Van is so missed up I have not been able to enjoy my van for one month straight because there are so many issues with it . Just they sold me a lemon and it's hard for me to even make the payments I can't afford to fix it on top of that. And they made sure I signed up for the warranty and that is great and all but the warranty Denys every claim because I got the van. Already with all prior issues. read more

The car I chose had several paint chips Hamilton Motors said they will have them repaired while we were working on the paperwork. It never happened. They attempted to fix a chip made it worst. They told me my license plates were going to arrive at my house. It never happened, I contacted the dealer 3 times to find the status of my plates no response. I contacted DMV the said they sent them to the dealer. Finally a rude person from the office responded and said they sent the plates to my house, since they did did it was now my problem. I will never buy or recommend Hamilton motors to anybody. read more
