I want to start by saying the original salesman we worked with, Christian, was excellent and seemed very caring. My husband and I had been looking for a Ford Expedition Max for a long while, probably about a year - had it not been the exact truck that we wanted, in the condition we wanted it to be in, and close enough to us, we would have left. We had a trade we owned outright, perfect credit, and money down. The not so gentleman, Ryan C., would not help us when we notified him that the rear differential was leaking besides topping off the fluid, wouldn't budge on our trade "value" when he was lower than everyone else, and wouldn't change his price which was shown as high on CarFax and said he had to keep his tires and wheels on it and that's why he couldn't change the price when we offered for him to just put our tires on it to save $4k and him put them on another of his vehicles. The only things he did were top off the rear differential fluid (which sprayed everywhere and empty by the time we got home), replace the completely cracked windshield (he said he didn't have to under Utah law - who charges above value and doesn't want to change a windshield?), and put 10 gallons of fuel in the tank when we had a 4 hour drive back home. Obviously my husband and I REALLY liked the vehicle, otherwise we would have quickly left and wanted to leave multiple times during the no negotiation because of the rude treatment we received. We don't want to go back. We were unimpressed. If you go in, it had better be for the exact truck you want and you had better be prepared for poor treatment and no deal, preferable to not fall in love with one of their trucks in the first place. read more
