I really didn't want to commit to a large monthly new car payment, so instead, I started to look around at used cars. I visited several lots and after looking at cars online and then going to those lots - the cars looked nothing like the pictures. It was a nightmare One a Cadillac SUV I went to look at didn't even have oil in the engine as one of the first things I always did looking at every car was to check all the fluids. Then I ran across a posting by Westside Motors, for a white Volvo C70 T5. I did all the usual research, Carfax, tracing its movements and maintenance records going back to when it came off the car line in Sweden and also whatever eIse I could find out about that particular year model etc. all before I even went to their lot. Unlike many other lots I went to, Westside Motors had several other cars that might work for me if the Volvo didn't. Because of my work I wasn't able to look at it in person right away. But I still had some questions and requested some more pictures too and Joe at Westside immediately responded to every request. The first day I was able to, I showed up at Westside Motors right after they opened up to look at the Volvo. Wes, the owner, came out to greet me as I was looking at the car and he was just great! There was no typical high pressure sales, nothing like that at all. He answered all my questions as I went over the car and showed me how everything on the car worked. Then he let me take it out for a good long test drive. Everything, every button on it worked like it was supposed to. The outside was beautiful and the interior still looks great all around, (with only a minor exception where I did replace the leather on the small console armrest.) When I returned from my test drive, I told Wes I wanted it! And talk about service - after I completed all the paperwork to purchase it, Wes personally delivered it to my home! I then had it detailed inside and out, tinted the windows and now everyone that sees it at work believes I bought a brand-new car!! I love this car!! I highly recommend these guys. (And if you have the time, after talking with him I discovered Wes is another great American success story for himself and his family!)

Emilio the sales person was great communicating. We agree to a number I would be comfortable agreeing to before driving 3 1/2 hrs to their dealer. I get to the dealer and the car is not even there. I get to sit around for 15-20 min because the car is still getting an oil change when I get there. After them knowing I was on my way and knowing around what time I was gonna get there. They finally pull the car around. The car has a hit that was not shown in pictures. The windshield has 2 very sizable chips and the tires are dated to 2023 but they feel like hockey pucks due to how dry rotted and cracked they are. Obviously no one in their right mind is gonna agree to pay 30k for a car that needs at the most minimum a new windshield and tires. Robert, the terrible manager there or whatever position he holds. Explains to me that even though those things were not disclosed and are not able to be noticed in a picture. He will absolutely not help me at all in price because he had already brought it down before I agreed to drive out. So obviously im getting pissed. They provided the Carfax report, gave me a good price on the SUV, take my payments over the phone (so I don't have to drive over there), and today, the reason for this review, they really saved my butt. I received my registration sticker and put it on during my morning break, but wound up locking my keys in the car! A locksmith was going to charge me $85!!
