We had to hire a contractor to identify the real problem. They did and the appeal was approved. The warranty company required they assign the contractor to fix the system. I did not want the original contractor, so Everlast was assigned. They came out the next day, sent in his concurrence of the problem and came at 6:45 PM the next day to repair it.
