AVOID THIS BUILDING DO NOT RENT HERE I have had nothing but issue after issue in the building and I am so glad to have gotten out alive! 1. I started living on the 3rd floor with the "luxury" terraces. I moved in January 2022. Snow was on the ground, so the terraces were covered in snow. Spring came and came to my realization a tenant let their dog defecate all over without cleaning it up. 1000s of dog piles. Weeds 3 feet tall, apparently the grounds keeper don't have direct access to the north side of the building terraces they must enter through a tenant's apartment to clean it up. After a month or two of complaining about the weeds and piles of dog poop they came through my unit and cleaned it up. 2. Seven short months its July 2022 I was out of town, and it rained. Luckily someone was at my apartment watching my dog. It rained one day, and water came in through the dryer vent. Inch of water in my apartment and ruined a few personal items. My friend called me to inform me that water was coming in. I called the emergency number, and I was told "we called someone they will be there in an hour or so". Clearly active water coming into my unit was not important. There are onsite maintenance people living in the building. I don't understand why they would not be called for emergencies but who knows this place makes no sense. 3. My bathroom in the new unit, the tiles are chipped. Black tile shows all the chips and cracks. 60-70 percent of the tiles have either a crack or chip in them. I asked them if they could fix it. Remember we are living in "luxury". I was told they can get a marker and color them in. They will not fix the chips or cracks. More then half the tiles are broken .. 4. This building has had the highest manager and office staff turnover I have ever seen. I been here 3 years and has had 4 property managers and God knows how many office staff members. 5. After fighting and arguing they let me transfer to a new unit and "generously" waved the transfer fee due to all the issues I had in the first 7 months. I get my first lease renewal ... $342 they tried to raise my base rent. 15.28% increase! DOUBLE if not TRIPLE the inflation rate. They threw in my face this is "luxury" living. 6. POOL OUT OF ORDER - Yet they still advertise it as an amenity. The number one reason I picked to live here was having a pool. They won't take any responsibility for the pool not being open, but I HAVE THE EMAILS from the freedom of information act. The head maintenance man states and I quote " I assumed the process had been moving along" You know what happens when you assume? So, they failed to properly track the pool's progress which then caused them to file for an extension and by that time it was too late in the year and THAT is why we are so far down on the list to get our pool fixed. Remember this is "LUXURY LIVING" 7. WE THE TENANTS ARE MAD!!! AND RIGHTFULYL SO!!! People are so mad they are printing and posting signs all over the building about how bad it is to live here. They are also spray painting the walls "LIARS" Because the office has lied repeatedly. First, they told us the City of Chicago was to blame and then they said it was a mistake, it's really the Illinois Department of Public Health. They also failed to tell us the part they never tracked the pool progress as a maintenance staff outlined in an email. 8. Now they are asking tenants to pay for the building's upgrades. We as tenants can pay $250+ to upgrade our vanity mirror but if we move out, we can't take it with.... It is optional. Or how about $600+ for new blinds. Again, it's optional. Let's think this over, the building wants ME to spend $900 to upgrade THEIR stuff and when I leave it's not mine. Make that make sense. I work in commercial real estate. I have never in my life ever seen any property we own ask a tenant to pay for updates to a property they do not own. Make that make sense. And I bet they will write off the expense most likely and take the deduction on taxes for depreciation at the tenant's expense read more

I teach group classes for the residents for FREE and it is the best way to meet your neighbors. Halsted Flats has been the best all-around managed apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff is friendly and really care about resident comfort and safety, with an extremely responsive maintenance crew that are fast and efficient at solving even the smallest of problems. Most other apartments boast about community rules but don't have the bandwidth to enforce (something as simple as picking up after a dog or bringing guests to the pool) but HF takes violations seriously to ensure the comfort and safety of all residents. Halsted flats is a diamond in the rough in the unpredictable Chicago real estate market. Though expensive, the price is well worth the feeling of finding a safe and comfortable home in the Wrigglyville/Boystown neighborhood, just a 5 minute walk from the lake front, a couple blocks away from Lakeview nightlife, and an easy 30min bus or train ride to the heart of downtown Chicago. I highly recommend checking out this community, it has the location, amenities, and most importantly the professional staff dedicated to making your home the best that it can be. read more

My wife and I moved into Halsted Flats (from our of town) after a rush to find a place. I will start with what I did like about the apartments. My wife and I were the first ones in this unit which isn't unusual for a new building. There were some minor repairs needed to cabinets and plumbing but they were taken care of immediately. The neighborhood is very lively, clean and safe. We loved our neighbors. The concierge are incredible. The maintenance staff is very professional and addressed our needs whenever they occurred. My wife loved the gym. The in-building dog park was extremely convenient. Now for the "incidents".... Moving in.... We booked the elevator on a Sunday with building management. We received a call 4 days before moving in. We would not be able to get into the garage because it was closed due to Pridefest. Not being a Chicago native, this was an event I was unaware of. The first solution given was parking a block away and carrying our belongings to the building. We ended up moving out move-in date to Monday so we could use the garage. Which also meant I had to push back my start date at my new job. Parking.... We brought our car up a couple weeks later. I checked with management asking what I would need to secure a parking space. I was told just to stop in the office when we arrived and they would set me up with a spot. When I arrived I was told I would need a cashiers check upfront to pay for the spot and that I couldn't use my card because it was done through another company. So they accommodated use by validating our parking in the daily pay lot. I had to rush around, withdraw cash and go to the Jewel to get a check to secure our spot. I'm not arguing with the way you get a spot just that when I asked for details I did not get them prior to my arrival. Parking garage.... The "covered" parking is actually covered parking, however it is filled with a bunch of mechanical equipment and pipes. Our garage has been covered with a calcium buildup that leaks from the pipes in the garage multiple times. I have had to have our car detailed multiple times to get it out of the paint, a normal car wash will not handle this. Paying Rent... We also had a myriad of problems paying our rent because of website problems. I don't think we had a bug free month until 4 months in. Electrical.... We were notified in July a few days before hand that ComEd would be turning off the power to do some work on a first floor retail spot. This was the hottest day of the year. Our apartment was east facing. With floor to ceiling windows (which i loved by the way), it heats up very quickly in the morning, especially without air condition. We have a dog and I had a huge problem with this. I suggested to management that they ask ComEd to move there work to the evening when it was cooler. I did lose my temper a little in this call with management and made a few veiled threats about calling PD and the city. Turns out nothing happened. We had to remove our dog from the building for the day. For touting itself as a dog friendly building, they don't really care about your dog. Furnace.... This one happened in the winter. I come home from work one day and our carbon monoxide detector was going off. Turns our that more work on the first floor was being done and they had to shut off the heat. When they turned it back on, our furnace did not kick back on properly and filled our apartment with carbon monoxide. I could hear the detectors going off in other units so I know it wasn't isolated. We were not notified that this was going to happen and management didn't seem to think it was a big detail when i approached them about it. Dog Park... The dog park on the 13th floor was extremely convenient and I loved that about it. Management has a rule that you are required to curb your dog in the "Dog Park". Not a deal break but irritating non the less. The park itself is poorly maintained. The gate would frequently drag and get stuck open or closed. Pool... Having a pool is nice, if you could actually use it. Other residents would bring guests to the pool and it would be a scene out of Jersey Shore. So we were never actually able to use the pool. I guess we could've but its not my idea of relaxing when I have to fight my way through a bunch of bros. Management... They do not care about you. Not one bit. They do not communicate critical information and are anything other than transparent. I had voiced my concerns multiple times even with face to face meetings. The only response I would ever get is a smile, a nod and I hear you on top of an attitude of "why are you wasting my time?" Value... After parking, rent and utilities, we were paying $2400+ for a one bedroom/one bath apartment. I priced out luxury apartments for this price in the loop with an extra bedroom. Summary.... After moving to Chicago a year ago, the apt I was in was awful. Long story short, I ended my lease after bathroom was gutted for 2 months due to a leak problem. When I first walked into the flats the whole staff was incredibly welcoming and supportive. It's now been 7-8 months of living at the Flats and I have absolutely ZERO complaints. The building is gorgeous, the staff is very personable, the gym/pool, the free coffee, and it's dog friendly. Did I mention the free coffee? Life saver. All of the maintenance guys are prompt and keep the building in tip-top shape. The few front desk gentlemen and woman are friendly and always happy to help. As a girl living in the city, I feel secure and safe knowing they are just downstairs. Very blessed to call Halsted Flats home! Most importantly, my dog loves it here.... read more

I moved into Halsted Flats in a rush and against my better judgment after moving back to Chicago from the West Coast. I was impressed by the shiny new surfaces and great natural lights in the model units I was shown, as well as by the size and exposure of the third floor pool deck. Soon after moving in I found out my gut instinct was correct and moving into this building was a mistake. I'll admit part of it was my mistake - I failed to take a closer look at the apartments, finishes, and overall space of the place I would call "home" for the next 12 months, but the majority of the difficulties lie with the management company whom refuses to address resident needs or follow through with repairing these poorly constructed units. On move-in day, after scheduling the elevator for my move weeks in advance, I showed up and was told that the leasing agent who helped me failed to reserve the elevator and it was booked for the rest of the day. After arguing with leasing for almost an hour I decided I was going to say screw it and move in through an elevator that wasn't reserved and deal with them later. I finally was able to get my belongings in, and when I did I began working on a checklist of all of the things in my apartment that needed addressing. The list included the fact that the BRAND NEW bathroom cabinets were cracked and scratched. In both bathrooms. The vanity in the master bathroom had a chip the size of a quarter gouged out of it. The kitchen countertops had scuffs in several places, toe kicks and corner trim was missing, the baseboard around the floor in several places was missing, and the carpeting in both bedrooms had not been cleaned or vacuumed so it was shedding like crazy and chunks of it were coming off in droves. By my second day as a resident here, I added my air conditioning units to the items maintenance needed to look at (see video attached). Each time the air conditioning would kick in, I would hear a loud spinning sound followed by a "BANG" that would startle myself, my guests, and my dog. The response I got from management and maintenance were extremely disappointing - especially since I was told I wouldn't be able to see my actual apartment until I picked up the keys on moving day. Great. Regarding the bathroom cabinets and vanities, they merely changed the status of my repair claims to "closed" with no explanation. When I called down to leasing to ask what the solution was, I was informed that there wouldn't be one but they would make sure not to charge me for it as damage when I move out...we'll see about that in a couple of months. The kitchen counters were treated the same. Ditto to the air conditioning, which I was told constantly is "normal" and that I should be "lucky it's only this bad - you should hear some of the other units," by maintenance. Really, that's your response? For what we're paying?? Ridiculous. Amenities that were promised were either changed or failed to be delivered upon. I live in a full-service building with a door staff so that I don't need to carry my key on me all the time, feel a stronger sense of security, can have guests come and go as they please, etc. Right before the holidays management sent out an email notifying residents that the concierge would no longer be buzzing residents into the elevator lobby, so to make sure to have our keys at all times. Next came the email saying if we had guests come after 11pm, resident's would need to come down to the lobby and escort them upstairs. I don't think so. And sense of security? There are a couple of door concierge that spend more time on their cell phone and on Facebook than paying attention to anything Halsted Flats related. Construction noise and dust due to retail spaces going in on the street level of the building began in December...and are still on going. This has caused incessant drilling, dust, and security breaches for the past 5 months. It has also caused damage to resident's vehicles in the garage, for which Halsted Flats refuses to take accountability for. They refuse to respond to emails regarding any damage or issues resident's have. Leasing and management is completely unwilling to assist with resident issues. Most emails are completely ignored. The hallways are trashed - carpets are filthy and walls are scuffed, the floors in the kitchens are LINOLEUM which are impossible to keep clean. Plan on doing laundry while watching TV? These units are the loudest washer and dryers I have ever experienced in condo living. The building is poorly taken care of and poorly instructed. Add that to an incompetent "management" team and you have a recipe for disaster. Do yourself a favor and choose to live somewhere else! read more

We really love our Halsted apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues were taken care within 24 hours. The new management has set a good tone, we enjoy attending the social events and meeting people in the building. The location is great: - close to the red line - close to the lakefront (love biking on the trail!) - close to many grocery options - the #8 terminal is practically across the street, there is always a bus there so no waiting in the cold. We can't wait for the pool to open - which since it's heated, it opens pretty early! We're really busy and appreciate not having to worry about anything. read more

I lived here for 2 years and had an absolutely incredible experience. The building was always clean and any time I need help maintenance was there as quickly as possible. All of the amenities were excellent; I used the gym a lot and it was never too crowded. Brian and his team were always there to help whenever I needed anything. We have now lived at the Flats for a little over 2 years and have really enjoyed our time here thus far. I think in regards to some of the negative reviews, with any building it's all about the experience you make of it. The rules and regulations are clearly stated in the lease. As long as you read it you should not face any surprises. We had to relocate for work and the management office has been really great about helping us through the process. Even prior to that we have never had any issues with them. The front desk is amazing. Will and Del are always on top of their stuff. They're my favorites. The amenities are top notch. Really great conveniences. It Is quiet, at least on our floor we have never had anyone loud luckily. The prices could be a little more competitive as you could almost find this price point in the River North/Gold Coast or West Loop but overall I've been very happy with everything. If I ever move back to the area I will definitely consider Halsted Flats again. read more

Great building: clean, extremely friendly neighbors, safe, maintenance staff goes above and beyond, management office very helpful. The pool gets crazy in the summer which is a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it but everyone is respectful. My kids loved slashing around with other tenets as the pool party happened during the day and were able to relax as the pool is a bit calmer in the evening. Neighborhood is a bit loud due to cubs games and bars but safe and fun for all ages. read more

I've been a resident now for 9 months, and like many others, saw alot of the negative reviews online but decided to roll the dice I take my chances. My girlfriend and I both can say without hesitation that we are glad we did! We love everything about the Flats and are happy to call this place home! I read all the reviews before we signed our lease, and it seems as though all the upfront problems with the building were related more to growing pains of getting a new facility up and running and possibly attributed to the former management company. About 2 months after we moved in, RMK took over and have done an excellent job. I know Thatiana was held over from the previous staff, along with Del and Will at the front desk (who are both excellent!), along with some others and much of the maintenance staff. There are also some new faces in the management office like Brian and Luis, and they all do a great job! I believe some of the management staff now even lives in the building, which goes a long way toward keeping this community running at a high level. Since new management took over, the building is much cleaner - pet stains were an issue initially, but with something like 200 dogs in the building, that will happen, the activity schedule is more active, and overall the service is fantastic. Maintenance staff is friendly and responsive, even stopping to say hi to our dog when we are taking her out. The amenities are great. I personally have put alot of mileage on the coffee maker on the 3rd floor. The new business center is a nice convenience to have. Package receiving at the front desk and carts to haul things upstairs is a lifesaver! The fitness room is well appointed and inviting, and we are looking forward to using the pool deck this summer. In summers past there were apparently issues with residents bringing lots of friends and dominating the pool area but they have instituted a new wristband/guest policy to try and keep that under control. And the dog run. Dear god has that been a blessing - particularly during those puppy months when she wants to go out at 3AM and its 10 degrees outside... The management has really tried to get control of the residents who don't clean up after their dogs and I commend their efforts. You can't force everyone to be a good neighbor, but overall its been successful. They have also implemented some reorganization of the parking garage to prevent residents from having to battle with Cubs parking in the summertime - so far so good. We've had two cars parked in the garage since September and haven't had any issues with overcrowding or pipes dripping on the cars or anything like that. Again, seems like that was more of a growing pain vs a chronic problem. Generally the floors are quiet. I never hear anything from our neighbors above, below or next door. The occasional barking dog, but nothing to write home about. The doors to the corridor are undercut to facilitate ventilation (approx a 1.5" gap between the door and the floor) so you can sometimes hear conversations from the hall, but its hardly a deal breaker - more just a reminder to take any sensitive conversations away from the front door! Prices at Halsted Flats are a bit on the high side, admittedly, but you get what you pay for. The apartments are well appointed and comfortable, and the appliances are high quality. The included utilities package is also convenient and competitive, considering it includes cable and internet. You just pay your electric bill (electric heat and A/C) and any "extras" you want on the cable side, whether is HBO or faster service. We've enjoyed it here, our friends and family are envious of our home, and we hope to stay until we need something bigger! read more

So upset I left this building! I moved out Spring '17 after being there for a year, for a cheaper building.....BAD DECISION! The folks that work there from the front door folks, to maintenance, and office persons; all wonderful and happy to help & inform you. And most of the people residing there are terribly kind. Maintenance was incredibly fast. If my maintenance ticket wasn't resolve that very day or within 24 hours, that was very odd. The only downside was the in-unit washer/dryer was quite loud in my unit. The maintenance staff is amazing (they will replace things like light bulbs), the office is responsive with questions. The units are nicely equipped and I've never heard a neighbor from my unit in the 19 months I've lived here (there is some hallway noise but it's really a non issue). Yes the building is a bit on the pricey side but I loved my apartment and was proud to call Halsted Flats my home. I had views of both downtown and Wrigley. Don't be deceived by the amenities and location. There are better deals in the area. Not worth the money or frustration of dealing with the dreadfully unhappy Managment team. They do not make living here exciting at all. They honestly made it feel like living in a college dorm. Very disappointed after a year of living there. They are even trying to swindle me out of another $300 because they said I didn't notify them about moving when I spoke to every single one of them before leaving and no one told me about a "form" that needed to be filled out to notify them that I was moving. After relocating here for work, I chose Halsted Flats b/c it was brand new and in a great neighborhood! I've been here 7mos and it's alright. Update: I have been here over a year now and have noticed that the quality and up keep of the building has gone down hill. When I first moved in the grounds inside/out were cleaned twice a day. Now they are cleaned once a day or every other day, idk. The management isn't that friendly and slow to respond to any emails and when they do it's a generic response as if they are to busy to care( I.e)The grills have caught fire several times bc they do not clean them even after I have requested them to be cleaned, since I had the pleasure of experiencing it once. While it's a dog friendly building, people's dogs pee all over and they have no respect for where they live and mgt sends out emails, but there is no follow through. The concierge and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Maintenance is quick to fix any work order submitted. It's not so much resort style living and amenities as advertised. I wish I could recommend this place bc it was once so great...now it's run down after only a year. read more

I have been looking for an apartment that fit my needs and I found the perfect unit in the Halsted Flats. The thing that got my attention first and foremost was the leasing staff especially Obaid and Amanda. The day I walked into the temporary leasing office Obaid answered all my questions about the building and addressed all floating rumors lakeview had about the building which happen to be all false. The level of service goes a long way and with Obaid and Amanda it was nothing less but superb. We have lived at Halsted Flats for 13 months now and we love it here. The management and entire staff are amazing. They are always available 24/7 when you need something and will get back to you ASAP for the smallest concern. The regular events the staff host for residents and the sense of community is unlike any other luxury building I have lived at before. It is truly a great place to live. I lived here for 15 months. Overall, no complaints. Management was really nice and easy to work with. The dog run is one of the biggest in the city and is on the roof, so its extemly safe. The only reason I moved out was to be closer to work, as I got tired of the com,ute to west loop. Great location (you can see wrigley from the roof) and the pool area is a lot of fun in the summer time. Only complaint is the large gap under the doors allowing noise to leave/come into the apartment/hallway very easily. I would defintely continue living there if it was closer to my office! Resident at the Flats for a little over three years and love it just as much as I did when I moved in. The management changes throughout my time here have been well worth going through because we have the best management today-RMK Management, i.e. Brian D. and staff. The front desk staff are the best in the city, say Hello and make you feel like you just got home every time you see them. The amenities are some of the best in the city (including yoga on Saturdays, a "kick your butt" trainer 2-3 times/week and free coffee daily) and the community events they offer are always a good time. The maintenance staff is very responsive, courteous and always offer a smile when they see you. They keep our building looking beautiful both inside and out. The location is perfect if you like Wrigley, the Lake, access to public trans and access to Lake Shore Drive. Oh, and direct access to Pride celebration and very close to Market Days and Lakeview Art Fair. No, it isn't the cheapest and is somewhat pricey, but overall I feel it is worth it and am glad to call it home. read more

Moved in last April and was ready to move out by October. In November they changed management and things have gotten 200% better! The new manager cares about the building and the tenants. They are actually doing something about people who don't pick up after their dogs and have gotten rid of the people that were partying all night. I was having problems with my heater and the new manager had it fixed in 2 days. I had been complaining about it since May! After leaving Chicago and moving to Phoenix for a new job a month ago, I find myself reflecting on the four years that I lived there and one of my fondest memories (there are alot) is living at Halsted Flats. It was the first and only place that I lived all four years but I honestly could not think of wanting to live anywhere else in the city. I can't say enough great things about the amazing and professional Halsted Flats staff that made me feel at home all four years. From Brian the apartment manager to Del and the front desk staff to the punctual and efficient maintenance crew and all the others, thank you. The location itself is hard to beat as it is right off Lakeshore and nestled in between Lakeview/Wrigleyville/Boystown. This place is a disaster. I moved here in July of 2014 right before I got married to my husband and we were definitely lured in by the trendy designs and clean apartments. Worst mistake of our lives. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Firstly, when we decided to move here (our fault), we were soo tired of seeing apartments in this area that weren't up to our standards, that we agreed to the $2323/month for a 1 bed 1 bath. So expensive $$$. We were promised by our leasing agent, Kacey, that everything is catered to us, when we move in they will mount our TV on the wall. Move-in day I call to set that up, they no longer offer this service. Then we decide to pay $200/month for parking... there is this white substance that leaks from the garage and stains ALL of the cars. I had my car professionally detailed the next day and it didn't come out. I eventually had to get my car cleaned with clay to remove the spots. Standard Parking runs this garage and they are TERRIBLE. They sell garage spaces for $30 during Cubs home games. Earlier this year they "accidentally" sold spots that belonged to residents and we had to wait in our cars until the game ended so that our cars weren't towed.. $200 a month.. for terrible service. I called the next day and they really didn't care, said it is standard parkings problem. Our apartment is nice, when things are working. The lights in our apartment in the kitchen burn out every month, but they replace them. Additionally, the window blinds have fallen out of the ceiling twice. The most recent incidences that have pushed me over the edge and are the reason for writing this review is due to the elevators as well as garage door. The elevators are always broken. When they are working they now make this scary scraping noise. Sometimes we have to wait up to 7 minutes to get on an elevator. I know this because I have to budget it into my time to leave for work. I can't believe I pay $2323 in rent and nothing in this place works. Two different elevators have been broken here in the last 6 months and take at lease a month to fix because the "parts come from europe". Today when I was leaving for work the garage door broke and won't open.. so now I had to take a cab to work and it still wasn't open by 2PM which furthermore ruined my husbands plans (this happened on a Saturday). I just don't understand how Greystone and Halsted Flats can't get this right?! You have a beautiful facility, you charge your tenants wayyyyy more than they should pay (i know this is my fault but i'm okay paying for convenience). I was soo wrong and now I'm paying for it. I have been at Halsted Flats for almost 15 months and have had a great experience! Love the friendly staff, quick turn around time for maintenance, and the amenities that are offered. Moving to the city, who would of thought; an expience way outside of my comfort zone. Now the perfect apartment. I did my research, and there were 3 final selections, still not having a clue about Chicago. I toured, saw one home and immmidiately applied, and was approved. The process was flawless. The gentleman who toured and helped me sign paperwork was amazing, no worries; he meant it; and he delivered. I briefly met Brian, the manager who was also very nice, but I was focused on the gentleman making all things happen. He understood my needs and was aware of consumer needs. Simple right. Right. This guy handled all of my excessive calls, emails, requests, and my demands; No high maintenance here. Now that I am all moved in with my CA Flip-Flops still in the kitchen cupbupboards. I've immediately come to understand that the staff here feel this is their home as well. I've had several requests, and all of all staff here have met and exceeded my expectations. The team of professionals here have trully made this a home for me, meeting all of my needs and then some. It has great amenities with available parking, workout facility, hot tub & pool, and an awesome demo kitchen & social area. The staff is great! Very responsive and always cheery and willing to do whatever it takes to address any concerns one might have. I have lived 2 blocks east on Grace St for the past 3 years. Residing on the 12th floor, I loved my view of Wrigley field. About a year ago when I saw the building construction and found out my view would soon be blocked, I was sad and a little angry! But after reading up on the new complex I decided to make it my goal to move into the building and get my view back. I am so glad that I was able to make it happen. Not only am I so in love with the building and my apartment but I could not ask for a better management team! Coming from a building where the property manager was far from friendly it is so refreshing to live in such a welcoming environment. The amenities are also amazing, with the concierges to the club room, I feel like I am living in a hotel! I can't wait until summer to enjoy the pool. read more

I was going to pay $1600 for a convertible studio because of all the amenities this place had. Then I found a place literally a block away, $400 less per month, less fee's SAME amenities and its a 1bed/1bath. This place is a joke. read more
