Not sure he knew what was going on. They never called me to tell me it was ready so I stopped back later and it was done. I asked if they could put it back on the car for me and they said sure, but it will be a long wait as all our lifts are being used. Really? Too lazy to go out with a jack and change it?? . Best of all was that they charged me $25 to fix the flat and never even touched my car. Glad to know that places like this know how to take advantage of "outsiders". I've NEVER paid that much more to have a flat fixed, and wouldn't have paid it if they would have told me they'd charge me that ridiculous amount. I also overheard someone asking for prices for new tires. I heard what tire and the size. I looked it up on my phone while I was waiting and this place charged almost double what other places would charge for the same tire. Go anywhere else but here!

Long story short, earlier in the day I explained I was coming an hour out of my way to look at a car I was really interested in. When I got there I opened the door and there is a wet towel on the driver side floor and the floor was moist when i touched it. The car was about 3 blocks away from his other business so I called him and asked why the floor was wet. He said it wasn't a leak and that someone must have just cleaned it, however there's no way that could have been accurate with how wet the towel and floor was. He proceeds to say I should wait there and he will come and kick my ass, those are his exact words, he blamed me for being sarcastic and said he didn't want me as a customer, if I don't like it don't buy it because he has other customers interested in it, and then added he should have known because I was a "pain in the ass" in our first phone call. Forgive me for just wanting to know if there was anything wrong with the car considering I was driving an hour out of my way to possibly give you my business. And yes, the cops were called.

I recently had a car repaired and I have to say it the service was on the low end of the scale…read more They did provide a loaner car which was convienent. But the car was returned incomplete. The headliner was assembled with brakets loose and one of the lights did not work. The exterior trim was replaced but must have been damaged at installation and they missed another trim peice. When I questioned Jeff, first said the part was missing when the car came in. Well it was hit by a deer which must have took it off. After review he agreed to fix every thing however when my wife picked up the car he dropped the keys in her hand and walked off. Did not go through the punch list of issues. The interior was left with residue from wash water or something. This was not my first repair here however I think it will be my last. Not the customer service I am use to.
