I also have a 2016 Mercedes GLE that misfired because of the ignition coils. Despite how difficult it was to access the coils, they managed to replace the coils overnight. Prices are obviously going to be high, but so is the labor and required to service those vehicles. He's very straightforward with the receipt before paying, including parts, labor, etc.

At the end of the service they informed me that my check engine light was on and a Solenoid needed to be replaced. I told them not to replaced it because I had it replaced with an after market part and still had the original. All of the sudden the check engine light went off and has not gone on since.
