I can't say enough about the staff and equipment at Milan Laser in Scranton. I have had laser hair…read moreremoval done at other "spas" on many parts of my body, including my face. With the other places I've had to go back and buy touch up packages because of new hair growth. Even with those touch up packages, the hair removal has not been complete. I've had stubborn hairs that the other "spas" were not able to take care of. I called Milan in Scranton for a consult and when I went in, I was told about their unique laser machine which is different than the ones my previous spas used. Milan does laser hair removal and ONLY laser hair removal and the results are amazing! The first treatment there on my face had great results; those few stubborn hairs were gone. Five weeks later I went for my second treatment and the laser was turned up to treat those fine hairs; I've noticed a significant reduction in the fine hairs the other spas could never get rid of! What a confidence booster to know the facial hairs are gone! I also decided to treat a new area on my body I never treated before. After that first treatment I had about a 50% reduction in the amount of hair. I was wowed for sure! The best part about Milan is that the treatment package allows for lifetime touch-ups at no extra cost. I travel around the country a lot and was told that I could receive any necessary touch-up at any of their locations. But the way things are going, I'm not sure I'll ever need touch-ups again! If you're deciding between laser hair removal companies, I highly recommend Milan Laser Hair Removal. The staff is discreet and friendly; they know who you are when you walk in and greet you with a smile. Plus I never have to wait to be taken in for my treatment.

Since then I have continuous numbness in my hands and severe pain when I breathe. I am a lab technician requiring accuracy vs. pain spasms. Had to see a Dr for xrays which showed a dislocated rib on my upper vertebrae. I am now in Physical Therapy and continuous pain. The massage itself: 15 minutes moving my hair around, 15 minutes knuckling under my neck, 30 minutes painfully grinding only big muscles on the outside of my arms and legs and talking the entire time. This was most unbalanced, uncompassionate and inattentive massage I have ever had. The steam room is in not even warm and a glass of wine does not justify ill trained therapists. Should not have scheduled nor generously tipped. Do not recommend.
