I returned all equipment--router, extender, cable box, remote and all cords--at the Lindale, Texas store on 2/27/26 at 10:15am CST and received a receipt for the return. After this date, I received multiple phone calls, emails and texts about returning the equipment. I spoke with multiple people at Optimum to provide details of the returned items. I am still receiving daily calls and text messages about the equipment even though I have been told numerous times that correspondence will stop. I am researching different ways to get this word out. I cannot continue to speak to Optimum everyday.

I called the local Wills Point, TX phone number to find out what had happened and ask why there was no one on a recorded statement explaining the issue and when internet would be back online. I got someone that I couldn't understand half of what he said and wouldn't let me speak to someone that I could understand. I clearly wasn't in Texas anymore. When asked about last night's connectivity issue, he wasn't allowed to tell me that either. I'm not sure why he even answered the phone! Can not and will not recommend this IP. Too bad. It was the best one by far. Not anymore :(

And she has REFUSED TO PROPERLY CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND STOP THE HARRASING BILLS! She has refused for 30 minutes to put a manager on the phone. Eva claimed she was a manager and after 40 minutes finally agreed to transfer me to her boss, but instead put me on the phone with Christ, a customer care representative. Great job !! Great customer service!! My overall review of T-mobile= horrible internet, unreliable, crappy service. Not worth even $50. Customer service is even worse!!
