All I requested was for T-Mobile to properly close out the account and to stop sending me bills for money they owe me when it clearly states they have credited my closed account and have no intention of refunding me the money owed. And she has REFUSED TO PROPERLY CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND STOP THE HARRASING BILLS! She has refused for 30 minutes to put a manager on the phone. Eva claimed she was a manager and after 40 minutes finally agreed to transfer me to her boss, but instead put me on the phone with Christ, a customer care representative. Great job !! Great customer service!! My overall review of T-mobile= horrible internet, unreliable, crappy service. Not worth even $50. Customer service is even worse!!
