    EVA at extension 1191, refuses to file a complaint regarding T-Mobile owing me money on an account…read morethat has been closed for months, and they have been sending me bills. ... bills for money T- mobile OWES ME which is represented in my bill. She has refused for over 30 minutes to file a complaint, which I have requested over 20 times to file a complaint and to speak to a manager. All I requested was for T-Mobile to properly close out the account and to stop sending me bills for money they owe me when it clearly states they have credited my closed account and have no intention of refunding me the money owed. And she has REFUSED TO PROPERLY CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND STOP THE HARRASING BILLS! She has refused for 30 minutes to put a manager on the phone. Eva claimed she was a manager and after 40 minutes finally agreed to transfer me to her boss, but instead put me on the phone with Christ, a customer care representative. Great job !! Great customer service!! My overall review of T-mobile= horrible internet, unreliable, crappy service. Not worth even $50. Customer service is even worse!! Harassment, refusal to refund payments, cancel internet service in your area without any notice, incompetent managers, horrible policies. YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Lindale T-mobile apparently should have called the main office when I was in the store and dropped off the equipment and because they didn't things are messed up?? That's what Eva claims. Clearly, this is a training issue and has nothing to do with me.
