And she has REFUSED TO PROPERLY CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND STOP THE HARRASING BILLS! She has refused for 30 minutes to put a manager on the phone. Eva claimed she was a manager and after 40 minutes finally agreed to transfer me to her boss, but instead put me on the phone with Christ, a customer care representative. Great job !! Great customer service!! My overall review of T-mobile= horrible internet, unreliable, crappy service. Not worth even $50. Customer service is even worse!! Harassment, refusal to refund payments, cancel internet service in your area without any notice, incompetent managers, horrible policies. YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Lindale T-mobile apparently should have called the main office when I was in the store and dropped off the equipment and because they didn't things are messed up?? That's what Eva claims. We had Faithco give estimates on preparing a house to sell…read more There were some elements of their estimate that were reasonable here are the parts that were not. A toilet seat wobbled a small amount. The Faithco plumber said it would be $275-$1000 to fix it. I took a look at it and it took me 15 seconds to tighten the nuts at the base of the toilet. The drip tray of an air conditioner in the attic had been collecting water and draining through a pipe for years, which is not ideal! The drain took a path that zig-zagged up and down a bit. They proposed raising the unit to be suspended from the rafters and replacing the pan. I asked why not just replace the pipe, taking a straighter path and he said that the AC unit sitting on top of styrofoam supports was putting at risk of falling. His quote was $2800 to raise the unit. And he wouldn't offer other options even after I questioned each part. I asked another company and they suggested changing the pan for $1500 and fixing the drain for $500. We went with just fixing the drain for $500. We wanted a quote on replacing a 20+ year old AC system. Faithco couldn't find the model number of the unit on the equipment outside but found a 3 ton furnace in the attic so they quoted us (summer of 2025) $13,800 for a SEER 15.2 3 ton unit and $16,800 for a SEER 16.2 unit. Another contractor found the nameplate and showed it to me (a little hard to find but not really, right on the compressor) and saw it was a 2 ton unit (you can tell it's a 2 ton because the model number ends in "24"). The other contractor subsequently quoted us $10,500 for a 2 ton system and $12,800 for a 3 ton system. The other contractor also pointed out that since the house has a 2 ton unit for the bedrooms and a 4 ton unit for the main living space, high SEER is less important, the unit would mostly be used in the evenings, not all day. I had a follow-up conversation with the Faithco HVAC tech and he doubled-down on believing it was a 3 ton unit even though I told him I saw the model number ending in "24". He said, and I recall it exactly because it was so odd, "In this area, we make sure our our compressors match our furnaces." I bit my tongue but wanted to say, "I agree, but the nameplate I'm looking at still ends in "24"". Faithco recommended replacing 3 AC float switches for $225 apiece. Maybe it was me but I couldn't figure out why we needed them. I don't think they tested the existing units but I'm not sure. Soooo, we went with Evans Air instead.

**"This week, I had another delightful encounter with the elusive beast known as 'Customer No Service.' Remember the halcyon days of yore, when Optimum first ventured into the treacherous waters of mobile phone service? I, your intrepid guinea pig, bravely volunteered my family for the experiment. Ah, those were the days! Service was swift, issues were resolved with the grace of a seasoned magician, and I felt like a pioneer on the bleeding edge of technology. Fast forward six years and several mortgage payments worth of handsets later, and I find myself grappling with a modern-day technological enigma. My lovely bride, bless her soul, bestowed upon me a shiny new 2024 Razr, a marvel of modern engineering. My old phone, a trusty Motorola Stylus G, had been valiantly battling a debilitating ailment - the sudden and inexplicable disappearance of voicemail notifications. Hours spent on the phone with customer service yielded nothing but frustration and the distinct impression that I was conversing with a particularly eloquent parrot. Undeterred, I welcomed the Razr with open arms, hoping that this sleek new device would finally banish the specter of voicemail notification oblivion. Alas, my hopes were dashed. The Razr, despite its undeniable coolness factor (grandparents, take note!), was seemingly afflicted with the same maddening curse. Back to the customer service abyss I plunged, armed with patience (a dwindling resource) and a healthy dose of skepticism. The representative, a veritable maestro of the scripted response, informed me, with a straight faced voice, that my brand-new phone wasn't even registered in their system. 'Excuse me,' I thought, 'have I been hallucinating these past four days of calls, texts, and the occasional existential crisis?' The 'programming' ritual ensued, followed by the inevitable revelation that the crucial voicemail notification switch was inexplicably grayed out, mirroring the eerie silence of my old phone. My pleas fell on deaf ears. This 'technical expert' was convinced that leaving me a voicemail would magically solve the problem. I tried to gently guide him towards the root of the issue, dropping subtle hints about 'cloned phones' and the suspicious behavior of a rogue SIM card (the local store had already replaced it, mind you). Finally, defeated and disillusioned, I surrendered and requested a return label. This, of course, was a Herculean task in itself, requiring three separate attempts and the patience of a saint. And then, the coup de grâce: a $50 restocking fee! Apparently, six years of unwavering loyalty meant absolutely nothing. In a fit of righteous indignation, I abandoned ship and embraced the siren song of Mint Mobile. For a mere $42 a month, I can now enjoy the blissful ignorance of voicemail notifications (who needs them anyway?) and the comforting embrace of my old, reliable Stylus G. Farewell, Optimum. You will be remembered not for your cutting-edge technology, but for your unwavering commitment to customer 'no service.' I may even indulge in another Razr someday, perhaps a refurbished model from a less... enthusiastic vendor. If I could give this company no stars I would - SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Do you use this company for your internet or phone services. I called to cancel my services, as I have never use it and have been paying almost $50 a month, and when I asked to simply rebate or waive my bill because I have never used the service or data they wouldn't even try to see and gave me excuses on why they couldn't. Instead they kept pushing and pushing to get me to upgrade (meaning pay even more money) and try to sell me discounts on other services. The people are a true scam company and not worth doing business. Go with the bigger providers because if you ever have a problem they can help you! I am now making sure that everyone in this area knows not to waste their time with this company and not give them a cent any more and cancel and transfer all active service if they are already a customer so this company loses business! read more
