Willing to pay premium price to have items professional framed. Given time lines for pickup. Got a call last week everything (2 custome frame jobs)will be ready Feb 6th. Drove to pick up both, and only one was ready. No call that one would be delayed. Excuse was store lost a person. Heads up, customers dont care about excuses. When you want to charge over $700 to frame 2 custom jobs you need to be perfect. This is enough to turn me off and take my framing needs elsewhere. Sara, the manager at the Gilbert location was so incredibly helpful and really worked with me on getting a very large print mounted in the most cost effective way. Cody, the scheduler for hanging & delivery service was excellent with follow up and communicated so thoroughly leading up to the install. The install process with Ben was absolutely seamless! Update: After a pleasant discussion with Andrew at the corporate office after he left a response, I have added a star back to my initial review to give this store the benefit of doubt that the person who quoted me a price did not fully understand the simplicity of my quote request and they were quoting the disassembly and reassembly of a complex framing while using a higher grade glass than just the non-glare glass I had requested. That said, I agreed that I would take my project in to get their professional opinion on the mounting and fit of my display and get a quote in person rather than on the phone or even on-line quotes which will likely not be close to accurate. Thanks Andrew for reaching out and discussing framing with me from an preservation perspective. Initial Review: 2 points lost over pricing. Received a quote to replace a 20" x 28" non-glare glass for an existing frame and I was quoted over $300. Yeah.... A very popular but expensive craft shop wants about about 1/4 that price!!! I would change how expensive this place from $$ to at least $$$$. No thank you. read more

This place came through for me in my hour of need and I am SO greatful! First let me say that this place has a great selection of frames, some handmade, with a lot more character in some than Michael's next door. There prices are higher than you'd pay at Michael's, but again, this is not 1-of-a-million mass-produced product like Michael's. I had gotten back 9 photos matted and mounted from an online printer I had used before. All prints were 8x10, and I expected them to be matted to the standard 11x14. Only when I was about to frame them that I realized that they were 12x14, which would fit none of my frames! I was having a hard time cutting them down myself, so called Michael's and another store to see if they could use their more powerful tools to cut them down for me. Neither would due it due to "liability" reasons and other reasons. Finally, I called Hall of Frames, which I had visited before. While they said their policy is not to do it, they said they could if I signed off on it. When I got there, one employee was there and he happened to be in a break in his work towards the end of the day. Not only did he agree to do it for me ("Just this once") but even did it while I waited, which wasn't too long. I totally hadn't expected that. And then I was done. I was so impressed and appreciative of this fantastic customer service I would wholeheartedly recommend this place! What a rarity! read more
