I looked to my left when I was at a light and I saw this little restaurant on the corner. We googled it and noticed it was Mexican. A lot of people were walking in and the good thing is they play music while you're having dinner. I will definitely go back.

I've been getting huaraches - thicker fried base with avoc, refried beans and fresh veg. toppings, crema, grated cheese, and grilled beef for me. Some in my family get either nachos with meat (lengua at same price) or California nachos (over fries, instead of tortillas) as their meal. We usually have leftovers to take home bec. of the large portions. For the protein, can choose one, or mixed meat at a slightly higher price. They're very generous with toppings. Tacos come in 3/order; can be mixed meat as well except for some options, like lengua which was charged per taco. Tasted the cheesy pupusas before. No tamales. Tamarind drink is on the sweeter side. I prefer the horchata here. Service was attentive. The young man during our last visit was very pleasant. They accommodate requests to put toppings on the side. Located on Jericho Turnpike - we usually get one of the few meter parking spots in front. Bright and colorful decor. Restroom available.

There's plenty of options to choose from, burritos, bowls, quesadillas, they even have salads and birria tacos! Prices are good, between $10-$15 a person, more if you add on a drink or some guac/queso & chips! Tony's Tacos is known for its creative Italian-fusion tacos and lively vibe. Prices are…read morecompetitive, with popular combo deals like the #2 Taco Meal running around $16.75. Other customers and my friends recommend the Chopped Cheese Taco and the "Shroom" (shrimp and mushroom) taco. They also serve fun fusion items like a pizza/quesadilla hybrid. Don't skip the churros or their extensive fruit-flavored margarita menu. This recent time that we visited my wife and I ordered the 2 taco combo, I opted for the cod club taco and my wife chose the shrimp club taco with guacamole and chips as the side. The cod club taco has a very good balance of textures and flavors. It delivers an initial crunch from a golden-brown, battered white fish followed by tender, flaky meat seasoned with earthy spices. This is perfectly offset by a crisp, tangy cabbage/lettuce slaw and a rich, creamy, citrusy lime crema or chipotle sauce. The churros can be described as warm, crispy on the outside, and incredibly soft on the inside. They feature a generous, gooey caramel (dulce de leche) filling and are heavily dusted with sweet cinnamon sugar. Every order has an option with a side of mini Nutella for dipping. The fast-casual, dine-in setting can be described as energetic and bustling, with helpful staff available for recommendations. Delivery orders placed via third-party apps have some issues which may include cold food, long wait times, or missing items. This is a very good place to have tacos, their variety of tacos are well-thought of, making it delicious and flavorful.

The tostada salad I prefer is the one loaded with the works, both beef and chicken. They sell it with French dressing on the side and chock-full of delicious ingredients including pickles, which are now a staple of my own salads that I prepare at home. Who knew that the keto a good salad was always right there in my fridge next to the mayonnaise. The shrimp fajita tacos, soft wrapped in tortillas, have grilled shrimp with onions and peppers and taste just delicious, even without any special sauce. All the yummy taco locations are great, they serve the same excellent menu. One drawback perhaps to this place is that they don't accept credit or debit; cash only please.

I came on a Sunday night to have dinner and watch a World Cup game. Let's start with the positives. the food was good, I got the enchiladas suizas and they were delicious. the drinks were a good price and the loved the ambiance. What I didn't love was that before the game started they were playing music and it was a bit too loud. I get them playing loud music late into the night but it was only 7pm. Also, the servers weren't rude but they weren't friendly either. I wished they had been a little more welcoming.

First and foremost, I will never return to this restaurant again. Food was overall bad and the…read moreservice and management, worse. The worst part first: The check comes and there is no detailed receipt breakdown, only two receipts both with the subtotal only and three "suggested tip" amounts of 18% through 25%. The total looked high for the two of us. I asked for the receipt details with food prices and when she brought it over, there was already an 18% tip added!!!! For a party of TWO!! That is a non starter. They said the owner decided this was the way he wanted it.l done. There is not one restaurant I have EVER gone to that would add a tip for TWO people. I would have tipped that amount anyway but the waitress brings over a blank receipt with MORE "suggested tip" amounts and does not tell me it was automatically added? Nothing in the the menu about tips automatically being added??? Any PROPER respectable restaurant puts that information in writing AND would write "additional tip" on the receipt so the customer knows tips are already added. Absolutely trying to dupe the customer out of money. Unacceptable. Someone came over and said "the waitress is new and she did not know"... that's a bunch of BS because there are certainly the other things I mentioned above that they should ALSO be doing to prevent their customers from overtipping 36% or more. Now add in the fact the fajita vegetables were burned black. I asked for pickled jalepenos twice only to get fresh jalepenos and after a THIRD time, I got the pickled ones I asked for. I asked for black beans, and she repeated it back to me when we ordered, and I got pinto beans. Terrible customer service and absolutely deplorable management to add pre set tips and not change the receipt to read "additional tip". That ONLY means they are aware and they hope you don't look at the bill and overtip. Deceitful. If you choose to go, be sure you ask for a detailed receipt and be sure you don't add additional tip unless you want to. They are lucky they took the 18% automatically because after that stunt, they would have gotten nothing.
