Our server could not have been more helpful and sweet. Elizabeth was awesome! My sister and I decided to split the lasagna and each of us had a chopped salad. The lasagna was fantastic! The only complaint I had is I wish they would have given us something to serve ourselves with after we cut it up, instead of trying to scoop it with a spoon, but that is minor. The lemonade was great! Ranch dressing on the salad was also good and you can tell it was homemade. I don't know where another person got the place was dirty? It is an old building with worn floors but everything was very clean. If you happen to stop here for the night and need a place to eat, you can't go wrong with this place.

I love everything about this small town Pizza restaurant! My aunt always gets their Perfecto pizza when she visited she even loves their pizza and always has perfect amount of toppings on anything they make. People are great they hire a lot of high schoolers (great first job) but keep the main people also great atmosphere tables are always clean. Everybody is always polite and it's a nice restaurant all around. I would recommend this place to anybody! I do have to say, "I miss their original dipping sauce for the breadsticks," but I've managed to get over it lol.

We ordered a child's meal for my aunt, who is currently going through cancer treatment and has not been eating very much. Desiree approached us and told us, in a rude and dismissive manner, that the child's meals were only for children 10 and under. We explained our situation and why we were trying to order a smaller meal for her, but Desiree simply reiterated the restaurant's policy and told us we would have to order a regular menu item. When we asked Desiree for her name, her response was again rude and dismissive. Rather than showing any understanding of the situation, she reiterated the policy and told us that she was writing a note for her manager about the interaction. Given the way the situation was handled, this felt less like an effort to address our concerns and more like an attempt to document the situation from her perspective before we had an opportunity to speak with management ourselves. We understand that restaurants have policies, and we were not asking for the policy to be changed. However, there are ways to communicate a policy with compassion and tact, especially when a customer explains that they are dealing with a serious health situation. We were simply trying to find an appropriate amount of food for someone going through cancer treatment. Desiree's approach felt rude, insulting, and completely lacking in compassion. The food itself was excellent, and the other staff members were helpful, but this interaction significantly impacted our experience. A little kindness, understanding, and professionalism would have made a big difference.

The service was quick - once we realized that we had to order at the counter!! The chicken bacon ranch pizza and the meat lovers type pizza were delicious. Personally, we wouldn't pay for the cheesy breadsticks again. They were more empty and devoid of cheese than expected. Typically we aren't fans of brick oven pizza. The giant crust bubbles and "burnt" crusts tend to steer us away from brick oven pizzerias. So it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy our experience and our food on our night out!!

I was told, "Oh, it should be out in just a few minutes." Another 10 minutes passed before my pizza finally came out. When it did, the quality was absolutely terrible. If you're going to make customers wait nearly an hour, the food should at least be worth it. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing from start to finish, both in service and food quality.
