Inside is clean, quaintly decorated and food was pretty good. We ordered the margherita pizza (based on the recommendation of the owner of another place we stopped which ended up no longer serving food) and tossed salad. We called ahead and it was ready to go within 15 minutes. Pizza was good but could have used some sauce; salad was fresh. If these guys cleaned up the exterior they'd probably have a lot more customers!

The service was warm and friendly, and the quaint, romantic atmosphere made it such a nice stop. For dinner, we had the calzone, shrimp & lobster ravioli, and our daughter ordered the kids' chicken fettuccine. The fresh, hot bread was a great start. While the fettuccine wasn't her favorite, we absolutely loved our meals. For dessert, we tried the chocolate mousse--rich and satisfying--the chocolate cheesecake, and the standout of the evening, the phenomenal limoncello cake. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with delicious food and welcoming service. Definitely worth the stop!

The selection of toppings other than lettuce, tomato's and cheese appeared to be stuff many people won't eat. The dressing's were not labeled to what it was. The buffet with pizza appeared to be lacking and was very small. Not much meat on many of the pizza's, the taste was bland, But there was lots of cheese. They had some kind of noodle mix and it was semi cold and bland. The pizza dough tasted like cardboard. They put out a pizza with ham,the ham was the size of pencil lead and you had to look real hard to find it. It didn't even look like ham when you did find a piece of it. The pizza's that had sausage was lacking also. The sauce's they used was very bland. It tasted like regular tomato's, very little seasoning. The pizza's with pepperoni on it had very little pepperoni. I had asked about a meat lovers pizza and if the put one out. The employee came back to our table and told me they do not do special request. All I asked was if they do put a meat lovers pizza out. I did not find one pizza with beef on it. If they did put a beef topping pizza out it was well hidden. If my wife and I wanted to eat this kind of pizza we could of went to the grocery store and bought one, for half of what they charged us. Many people do not realize that the prices of this food in getting higher and the quality and quantity is getting smaller. I did find out that Pizza Hut in no longer American owned, it is owned by another foreign country. Stay way from Pizza Hut unless this is what you like.

Don't let 3 stars keep you away. We had a good experience at Pizza Ranch last evening. We ate at…read morethe Pizza Ranch in Hutchinson a few years ago and were underwhelmed. Last evening in Anthony was better. A few "atta boys": the sausage gravy was good. I'm, admittedly, a biscuit and gravy snob, and most restaurants' sausage gravy is blah. I liked PR's gravy - I had seconds. And while we're on gravy, their dressing (stuffing) and cream gravy was good, too. Chicken: moist and tasty. Potato wedges: crispy and nicely seasoned. Marinara sauce used on cheesy bread sticks: flavorful. Staff: very welcoming, friendly, attentive. Here are my "needs improvement" notes: the biscuits were over-baked, hard on the bottoms. I had to work hard with a knife to break through. I prefer a thinner crust on my pizza. While the pizza flavor was good, there were no thin crust offerings. I said the chicken tasted good, but it was a bit over-fried. Past the "golden" stage, which is the goal. The renovations are very nice - so much better than the old Pizza Hut. But I found the buffet a bit difficult to reach the items in the back of the table. And the single bathroom which opens directly into the dining area is a bit off-putting. Probably the biggest issue for me is the price. All you can eat - yeah, I know. But with a tip it was $15 per person. That's a lot of money in Anthony, KS. All that said, I hope PR survives.

Unfortunately, this was a one-star experience. The regular-crust pizza was not good, although those…read morewho ordered the thin crust were fairly happy with it. The real problem was the salad bar. The lettuce was brown, slimy, and simply inedible. I asked that it be replaced, but the replacement was no better. What made that especially frustrating was that a taco pizza came out shortly afterward topped with fresh lettuce. We did not ask for a refund, so that part is on us. However, once the condition of the lettuce was brought to their attention, the salad bar should have been closed and refunds offered to those who had paid for it. I rarely give a restaurant one star, but there is no excuse for serving food in that condition. If you do eat here, I'd stick with the thin-crust pizza and inspect the salad bar before ordering it.

When we got to the place, we truly thought that it was closed, as the outside lights were not on and the parking lot was empty. But I went in and asked if they were open, and sure enough, they were. The staff was all cleaning and readying the place to fully open after the governor's "all clear" announcement lifting all restrictions that were in place under Covid. Not sure I agree with his actions, but I don't live in Oklahoma so have no room to object. Hubby ordered the baked chicken alfredo, and proclaimed it to be very good. I decided to have the salad bar, and found it to be adequate, but certainly not up to Sweet Tomatoes standards as far as variety of salad toppings. I liked that there was something sweet to have for dessert. The girls working were friendly and I enjoyed that visit.
