Marinara sauce used on cheesy bread sticks: flavorful. Staff: very welcoming, friendly, attentive. Here are my "needs improvement" notes: the biscuits were over-baked, hard on the bottoms. I had to work hard with a knife to break through. I prefer a thinner crust on my pizza. While the pizza flavor was good, there were no thin crust offerings. I said the chicken tasted good, but it was a bit over-fried. Past the "golden" stage, which is the goal. The renovations are very nice - so much better than the old Pizza Hut. But I found the buffet a bit difficult to reach the items in the back of the table. And the single bathroom which opens directly into the dining area is a bit off-putting. Probably the biggest issue for me is the price. All you can eat - yeah, I know. But with a tip it was $15 per person. That's a lot of money in Anthony, KS. All that said, I hope PR survives.
