Speaking from multiple experiences here. Had to wait in line 25 min the other day with five people in front of me. First two guys easy sandwiches that my kid sister could've made faster. Then to throw a total wrench in the works the next person ordered a salad, what a mistake that was! It was the cue to walk out but my dumb self hung in there. Then two more sandwiches, one with nothing but meat and cheese. Quick and easy right? Nope... Then came my turn to load up my now cold toasted sandwich and get out the door. Total time from walking in and out the door 25 min!!! Why did I do this to myself??? Never again!! This franchise owner needs to take a close look at this business amd make some changes.

Delicious Regional fast food based off a dairy farm…read more Any restaurant that gives you options, especially fast food with no surcharge, is a win in my book. This chain allows you to swap both the drink and side for something dairy based. In my case, I swapped the pop for a small chocolate shake and the fries for a Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt with peach was fantastic. No sugary syrup, just real pieces of peach. Would've gotten some to take home if I had a bigger fridge and cooler. The chocolate shake was the perfect amount for a road trip. Nice and sweet, 10/10 would get it again. The bacon cheeseburger was also fantastic. Not overly greasy. The vegetables didn't wilt from the heat of the burger. Meaty and cheesy, 10/10 would get it again. Staff were kind and friendly. Lady doublechecked to ensure I got the right things and even made a quick run to the retail section to get my yogurt. The retail section is small grocery with ice cream flavors galore! I wished I lived local, except my waist line thanks me. Plenty of parking, and they have a drive thru as well. When in Texas or Kansas, make sure to stop by when you're hungry!

What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service. There was no effort to find a solution or offer an alternative, and the interaction came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. For a customer placing a large order, I expected a little more willingness to help with such a simple request. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression on our visit.
