The staff were struggling a little bit because they were new to their area of the line but they swiftly called for backup as a solution! It was heck noisy in there so it took a little bit to explain all the details that I wanted. Hubs and I breezed right on to the front as others were waiting for full-on food-food. My family and I came in and placed a large order, including a meal, 10 junior burgers, fries, and drinks. After ordering, I went back to the counter and asked if I could purchase a side of lettuce and tomato for one of the junior burgers. I was not asking for it for free--I specifically offered to pay for it. The manager, Christy, told me no and said there was no way to ring it up. What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service. There was no effort to find a solution or offer an alternative, and the interaction came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. We were on a road trip through the panhandle of Oklahoma and happens upon this place. It looked like a local joint and there were people congregating and visiting, having dinner with their families and out on dates. Seating is diner/cafe style so nothing fancy but it was clean. We had never heard of Braum's so we asked what they're known for and found out they have 22 different flavors of ice cream plus many more toppings to customize your dessert. We decided to try the Four Cheese Burger and a 1/6 pound cheese burger. They have crinkle fries, which are a favorite of mine. The food was filling and like I would make at home, nothing fancy but good. The shakes were thick and creamy! We actually couldn't finish our two small shakes after our meals we were so stuffed. The employee at the register was sweet and didn't get flustered when I asked all kinds of questions or wanted to look at their ice cream options before making my choice. Our food came out fast and hot (or cold as with the shakes). It was a nice little stop and we would recommend visiting this family owned business. Their dairy has no hormones, antibiotics and their cows are vegetarian fed. Also, if you need any other to go food options, want something a little healthier or want to take some of their ice cream home, they have a Fresh Market attached to the restaurant. read more

Braums stores are known for being dirty, but this one is the worst. Nasty work spaces at the mixing bar, the glass on the ice cream case is so dirty, you can't read the labels telling you what flavor the ice cream is, splashed milk and ice cream everywhere. All the tables were dirty and no one to clean them. They seemed to have plenty of employees, but most of them were just standing around visiting while the line of customers grew. Braums has great products, but their stores are almost always a mess. Does anyone from management ever have a look at what is going on? read more

Zero stars from me. You can't call this location a braums, it's a disgrace to the brand. I live for a good braums trip typically in Texas and it's always on point however this location was just a sad display. 1. the food was extremely under par, it was horrible 2. The place is horribly dirty, bathrooms were not clean nor was the floor of the entire place. 3. Worst of all our vanilla milkshake was melted and tasted terribly wrong. Psa: the staff was very kind but seemed very frantic and unorganized. Truly not trying to be rude or mean just hope someone reads this and helps them up their game. read more

Stopped by on the way out of Woodward and it was horrible. The drive thru moved fairly quickly which is the only reason they even deserve a star. The staff were rude and forgot to give us half our order. Then when they did give it to us it was cold. Will not be going back and I suggest everyone save their money and get some hot food from the McDonalds across the street. read more

The shakes are amazing, burgers are mediocre. service can be good or bad depending on location like any chain, but still worth trying once.

Terrible service at the drive-through had to wait at least 45 minutes just to get my order in terrible people would go back there 2/22/21

Meal was good. Ice cream was good. Cashier was a bit of a space case and wasn't able to tell me the difference between the grilled or strip chicken salad. Maybe she's still learning. Had to make our last Braums stop before heading back to Colorado. read more
