The atmosphere is very welcoming and I love being there. The staff always say hello and welcome to Starbucks when we arrive and tell us to have a good day when we leave. I have always witnessed the same respectful treatment of other customers. This location is very clean and smells of roasted coffee, which as a coffee drinker, I love. My only complaint it the music being a bit loud, but when we ask them if they would turn it down, they are always very accommodating. And would also add that the drinks are on point and delicious.

From the second I walked in, the vibe was pure sunshine. The staff greeted me like I was a…read moreregular--even though it was my first visit--and somehow managed to be fast, friendly, and funny all at the same time. You know that rare place where everything just clicks? Yeah... this is that place. Service was lightning quick without ever feeling rushed. My order came out so fast I barely had time to finish my happy little "what should I get?" debate. And the team? Smiling, joking, checking in, and genuinely making sure everyone was taken care of. It felt less like customer service and more like being hosted by friends who really want you to have a good day. The energy was contagious--laughing, positive, upbeat, and super welcoming. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do, and it shows in every interaction. It's the kind of place that turns a simple meal into a whole mood boost. Great food, great people, fast service, and all-around good vibes. 10/10 would come back just for the smiles alone. If every business ran like this, the world would be a much happier (and better fed) place. I ordered the Brown sugar shaken espresso paired with the, ever so tasty, chocolate Dubai bites. Amazing!

The…read morewaitress couldn't tell us what was in a specific roll just said ummm a different kind of meat. As a veteran in customer service here is a tip I would've had more patience if you said let me go ask. Then when we asked if my husband's came with a soup or salad the other waitress chimed in from across the room saying no soup or salad. It was on the menu that it did. And then we questioned it and we were correct. We never got checked on until we were done, we're not offered chopsticks until my husband had to get up and ask for them. If the waitress is new I understand but ask questions. Also when we walked in both waitresses were on their phone and it took a second to be acknowledged. Honestly we probably will not be going back. We chose your business to celebrate our anniversary and we both quickly regretted it. Food was good.
