The staff were struggling a little bit because they were new to their area of the line but they swiftly called for backup as a solution! It was heck noisy in there so it took a little bit to explain all the details that I wanted. Hubs and I breezed right on to the front as others were waiting for full-on food-food. Super sweet staff, good looking out. You could go here for dinner once a week and still never run out of new combinations to try on both the desert and hot food menu.

After ordering, I went back to the counter and asked if I could purchase a side of lettuce and tomato for one of the junior burgers. I was not asking for it for free--I specifically offered to pay for it. The manager, Christy, told me no and said there was no way to ring it up. What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service. There was no effort to find a solution or offer an alternative, and the interaction came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. For a customer placing a large order, I expected a little more willingness to help with such a simple request. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression on our visit.

Lots of options with reasonable prices. I ordered The Brad which was supposed to come with chips and queso that were nowhere to be found. Had to ask for my drink and utensils. The food was okay but forgettable in terms of flavor. I always look for places like these when I travel, and I was disappointed tonight with the service and the meal. Maybe it would have been different if it were earlier in the evening, but I guess at the late hour when they were closing earlier than advertised I got what I got.
