Took our orders and although she wasn't in our face, she'd occasionally see if we were ok. Within a short time, people started coming in. Our food was delicious. I got the coconut chicken which was very good and my husband got the milanesa chicken and ham. They were served on good sized platters and generous portioned. The salad was fresh. The homemade cakes were out of this world! We liked it so much we decided to come back for breakfast. There was a constant flow of diners coming in and out. Even though we waited a bit for the food, no one fussed because it was worth waiting for. Carlitos, the owner is Colombian and he's also very friendly as he attends each customer. Every waitress and waiter had smile on their faces. One told us she loves working there. This was old fashioned service at its best. What is rarely seen these days. Everything was clean, the tables washed twice, the bathrooms clean as well as the kitchen!

Super sweet staff, good looking out. You could go here for dinner once a week and still never run out of new combinations to try on both the desert and hot food menu.

After ordering, I went back to the counter and asked if I could purchase a side of lettuce and tomato for one of the junior burgers. I was not asking for it for free--I specifically offered to pay for it. The manager, Christy, told me no and said there was no way to ring it up. What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service. There was no effort to find a solution or offer an alternative, and the interaction came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. For a customer placing a large order, I expected a little more willingness to help with such a simple request. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression on our visit.

In my 6 years living in Woodward, I have never been here, but I glad to say that they will be getting more and more of my attention in the coming years. Overall, I would highly recommend the chicken stars, and waffle fries. 10/10 will be coming back. Ps. My waiter, Kent, was a class act, he was so funny and got my order out quick. He treated everybody with respect, and deserves the utmost respect as well. My only complaint is that the ambience is off. It could use more light, and fun characters and mascots. Other than that, would recommend.
