Inside is clean, quaintly decorated and food was pretty good. We ordered the margherita pizza (based on the recommendation of the owner of another place we stopped which ended up no longer serving food) and tossed salad. We called ahead and it was ready to go within 15 minutes. Pizza was good but could have used some sauce; salad was fresh. If these guys cleaned up the exterior they'd probably have a lot more customers!

We stopped in at Diarti Italian Café on our road trip after reading so many great reviews, and…read morewe're so glad we did! The service was warm and friendly, and the quaint, romantic atmosphere made it such a nice stop. For dinner, we had the calzone, shrimp & lobster ravioli, and our daughter ordered the kids' chicken fettuccine. The fresh, hot bread was a great start. While the fettuccine wasn't her favorite, we absolutely loved our meals. For dessert, we tried the chocolate mousse--rich and satisfying--the chocolate cheesecake, and the standout of the evening, the phenomenal limoncello cake. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with delicious food and welcoming service. Definitely worth the stop!

We are in town for the same Rodeo that they gave me the statistics of how many people are in town and claim that it's not because of anything other than the massive volume of humans my money is just as good as anybody else's money, but apparently it is a crime to eat alone after the owner tried to make excuses for his waitress and managers, absurd behavior at the first restaurant I only got excuses in the same energy at the second restaurant I would highly recommend any other restaurant in town. I highly believe everybody should be treated as a patron and guest when arriving in a new town bringing your money and revenue in we have multiple trips planned locally, but I would never recommend nor patronize either of these restaurants because apparently my money is not good there and the manager only had the owner only had excuses for the manager's behavior. Didn't say customer service was key. Didn't say how can I make this better? Just a handful of excuses. How do I know both this restaurants were owned by the same person I would've never entered the second.
