Fairview Pizza Hut has really gone downhill for the last few years. I know they can't seem to keep employees. We order through my phone app and there's always something missing when my husband or whomever I send to pick up the order comes home. Yes, they should check to see if it's all there while in the drive through but...... I call and they can remake it but we're 40 miles round trip, so, nope! They tell me that it'll show up as credit on my app. WHAT?! Never has happened yet, so you're just out some hard earned money! And when you call, you may get someone to answer or maybe not....grrrrrr!!!! Will just quit using them. read more

Service tonight was poor. We were given a promotion page for ordering in, 7.99 for a pizza drink combo, but various instructions as to what was and wasn't included. Turns out everything cost more, and none of the meals we ordered were actually 7.99. Don't trust this promo nor what the servers say about it. Beyond one topping it's extra... In addition our order was taken by a very inexperienced server who put our order in wrong. Two of our party didn't eat until well after everyone else. After all was said in done, the manager didn't compensate us for anything, so our order ended up higher than we expected despite the poor service and promotions. The pizza was good, but I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have no other options. Keep your order extremely simple, or expect issues. I used to love Pizza Hut until my boyfriend and two friends got food poisoning from their boneless chicken wings. Haven't gone back since.

I've been here many times this time was best by far. Definitely can tell the owners and managers pay attention to reviews. Place very clean. Staff very polite. Even messed up my taco pizza and cooked a supreme but didnt even know it till we paid. The seen the error before it got to our table and we was doing carry out. Got one small taco and cheese bread sticks for free plus didnt have to pay for my medium taco. To me lil over the top I would be happy with one or the other. But shows the care. I have ordered pizza from here 2 times in the last week, and both times the pizza has been phenomenal!! I have been very satisfied with the quality and the amount of toppings has been perfect. Both times have been carried out so I just went through the delivery window, so I can only judge the service by drive up window, but both times they have been real friendly and helpful. Me and my friends walked into this Pizza Hut looking to spend our hard earned money on some pizza. Our waitress was really nice. My friend soon said he needed to use the restroom. The pizza is ok just a typical Pizza Hut. The staff is pretty good most of the time but today July/28th they had someone here training people and she has some kind of power complex! Being loud and rude talking about how this wouldn't fly in her store. Then made a kid leave because he only bought a drink apparently he was someone's boyfriend that works here but he was a paying customer so that shouldn't have mattered. Someone needs to send her hateful ass back to training on how to train people and work in fast food. Very dirty looking and swinging her hair around as if she is slinging bugs out of it or something. She was being hateful to one of the workers about cleaning everything up before he leaves which is fine other then the tone and doing it right in the front, in front of customers. I almost just left but it's not these kids fault she is here ruining people lunch. So PIZZA HUT do everyone a favor and CAN that bitch and do it in the most hateful way you possibly do THEN maybe she will learn something from it and treat people/kids like normal people instead of trash. read more

If you want to be able to see yourself more clearly than in a mirror, go to this pizza hut and just look at the pizza. The reflection in the grease is so clear you can see yourself in high def. The staff was completely rude when I asked for a refund. Never going to eat there again. And that is bad when you live in a small town and all there is is 5 places to eat out. read more

Walked into the restaurant to eat and first thing I noticed was all the trash/food covering floor on the side we were sitting on. There was a group of people hanging out talking to the workers. We were sat at a table and our drinks were ordered and brought to us quickly. Then the waiting began. I watched as one worker was counting down one of the drawers and the others were standing around her talking to other customers. We still hadn't ordered at this point. I was considering leaving, but we didn't. The worker finally came over after about 10 minutes of us waiting to take our order. The pizza came out in a timely manner. We ordered a thin crust buffalo chicken pizza with breadsticks. The breadsticks were a little over cooked (they were crunchy, but I like mine a little on the crunchy side). The pizza was so dry. It had a slight taste of buffalo chicken, but it tasted more like the communion bread I get at church. I'm not sure if an ingredient was forgotten or what, but it was pretty bad. We ate the pizza anyway. When I went to pay it was a whole other dramatic scenario. The worker was on the phone figuring out something and I patiently waited. Two other workers came up after the worker on the phone literally yelled from the front of the store to the back of the kitchen for help with the phone call. Still not sure if that was settled or not. Then the worker ends the call with the customer, staples some papers, yells some more to the back, proceeds to say "I can't count the other drawer down because I'm too busy and don't have enough time for this shit". I'm not judging or anything, because I cuss too, but in front of a customer? Really? Another worker joined the other worker upfront and talked for a bit about counting down the drawer. After what I'd say was about 10 minutes of standing in front of the register waiting to pay, the worker looks at me and says, "what can I do for you?". I responded that all I wanted to do is pay and get a small box. The cash out process was painless, which was unexpected. Needless to say, we won't be coming back here. Good riddance. read more

Ordered a pizza about 40th minutes from their close. The employee on the phone was extremely rude and was smart I'm guessing from the time. They said their wingdtreet wings were "down". When we picked up the pizza he started complaining and was being snappy. The time was still 10th minutes from close. Regardless, they were open and that is their job. If it wasnt so late I would have left without the pizza if there was even one more option in town. It was not a pleasent experience and ill never return. read more

I ordered 2 large pizzas online they gave me 2 medium pizzas I called to get it fixed and they acknowledged that they sent me with 2 medium pizzas but refused to refund me or make me the correct order! This place is a joke! read more

We went to the Fairview Pizza Hut today and the service was absolutely horrible. We sat down, the server gave us our menus, and about 1 minute later asked if we were ready to order, which we obviously weren't. When she came back we ordered a hand tossed pizza, and my sister ordered a sandwich. The server asked her if she wanted a 1/2 or a whole sandwich, which she ordered a 1/2, then she asked if she wanted chips or fries. She wanted fries. I also ordered a salad WITH a meal. The pizza was practically paper thin, they came back and told us fries no longer come with the sandwich so we would have to pay for them. I swear I overheard it server tell someone else, "they got the thin pizza", while pointing in our direction. So I am pretty sure we got someone else's pizza. When we got the pizza they gave us filthy plates. My sister asked for mayo and was told they didn't have any. Why have sandwiches if there is no dressing for them? I was charged for a salad AS a meal, which that was changed. When we were paying for the meal I looked at a menu which said sandwiches served WITH fries. When I pointed it out to them they said that didn't include the 1/2 sandwiches. That was not specified on the menu. Needless to say we won't be going back. This Pizza Hut has been horrible for years. From poor service to poor food quality. Every time I say I will never go back, I do, and they reinforce why I say that. Decided to call in a carry out order. The have a new, automated sysyem. I figure to help with all the times their employees don't answer the phone. They say 25 minutes. My son goes to pick it up and they tell him how much he owes, then after they charge my card they tell him it will be another 40 minutes because they are busy. Anyway, he just walked through the door a full one and a half hours after we started and the pizza is raw! I hope these people go broke! If I could give no stars, I would. Never again!
