Their cheeseburger was utterly average in every way. Patty limp and lifeless, bland with no taste of seasoning whatsoever. Patties look and taste prefab, though they brag otherwise, definitely low quality beef, too tightly packed, and not near enough sear. And where were my grilled onions? They were barely there. Sure the double was big with the two patties, but it was also a little pricey compared to comparable burger joints in town. Double patty, double cheese, alone came to over $10. Bacon nearly $2 more to add. Fries were also boring, the same undercooked golden variety you find everywhere, only a little thicker. Also, our burger order was screwed up by somebody, either the gal on the phone or the one cooking. I asked for no lettuce, no tomato, no condiments except mustard on the side. It came literally dripping in mustard along with both lettuce and tomato. From what I read they mustard griddle burger patties here, which adds nothing except a dripping yellow liquid that runs everywhere if you aren't careful. I appreciate that they are locally owned and operated. And they do keep a very clean restaurant. But to any real burgers lovers out there...Do yourself a BIG favor and drive on over to The Shack for the best burger in town, and at a better price. read more

Classic restaurant experience that's worth trying when in Enid. You order the burgers up front and they call you when it's ready. The burgers are more like a smash burger type....or a classic diner burger. They're very good and a little greasy. This place is very similar to Lenox burgers in Enid. In mid 2015, this place got a new owner, a new attitude, and a new smile. Most of the reviews speak of so-so service, but that is no longer the case since Cali took over. The new Lot-A-Burger is spotless, it is fast, it is good, and it is a happy place. They only take cash. If they are feeling generous they may take a check. Tater tots are very dark (little burnt) as is the corn-dog (blackened on the edge and it burst open at the top exposing the hot-dog). Fries looked great, not overcooked. Burgers are thin and come with plenty of grilled onions. If you like onions this is great, if you are mildly fond of onions ask them to go easy on the onions or hold them. I agree with other reviews regarding the thin burger patties - you may want to get a double or triple. The service was friendly when I visited but making your burgers does take some time - not the fastest place even when they aren't very busy. read more

Apparently this place has too many customers to care about keeping one more. I pulled up to the window to place an order and was offered a business card with their phone number on it and told to "just pull around to the other side of the building" to call in my order from my cell phone. Not a bad burger place. You walk in a order at the counter. They write your order on the bag and call your number when your meal is ready. I ordered the cheese burger with raw onions, ketchup, mustard and pickles. I guess I was expecting chopped onions or just a a few strands when requesting raw onion but it was literally 2 full slices of onion which is just gross. I know no one that likes that much raw onion on a burger. Also, perhaps this sounds like a fat American answer and maybe 5 Guys Burgers portion sizes have made me think it's the norm but the portion sizes for the sides are small so don't plan to share 2 sides between 2 kids and 2 adults. There are maybe 10 tots and 30 fries total. This was just our first experience though.. it didn't taste bad.. just some things to be aware of! read more

Had lunch at Lot a Burger on a Thursday. It wasn't crowded, but it was brisk the entire time, which is a good sign. The woman taking my order was friendly. Also, the food came out quickly, and clearly was freshly prepared. The burger was hot and the cheese nice and melted. I was advised that a single isn't enough, so I went with the double meat double cheese burger. I was glad I did, while the burgers are large, the patties are thin. So, a double was fine for me, but I think the triple would have been too much. The burger is juicy, and topped with a lot of fried onions (on request). These were the star of the burger, soft and added so much flavor. The bun is a standard bun and it maintained its consistency throughout the entire meal. I'll definitely order this again. As far as sides go, they only offer fries or tots. I'd heard the fries were only average, so I went with tots. The serving isn't huge, but they were good. Cooked crispy, but not burnt. Be advised, they only take cash. So, come prepared. Plenty of places to sit, and a clean dining room. This is a solid burger joint, recommended. read more

Yuk!!!!! I have eaten at Lot-A-Burger since I was kid. Ordered this past Saturday 10/19/19. Went thru the drive-thru to pick order up because I had not shoes on and was in a hurry. Waited in line for 20 minutes before getting to the window. Food was cold and terrible!!!! This has always been one of my husband's favorite places-but even he had to admit it was really bad this time. The burgers have gotten thinner (if that's possible) you can literally hold the meat up and see thru it! Won't be going back. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is way over rated.
