I went to Wendy's to get a Jr Frosty for my mom and me. I have the key tag, so I get a free one. I also buy an identical Frosty for $1.30. (Mom says that makes them .65 each). Anyway, we were going back and forth between vanilla and chocolate. Not today! "Strawberry or chocolate?" the voice inquires. "STRAWBERRY!" I exclaim. "You have strawberry? We'll take that!" We were delighted to have strawberry for a change. As it turns out, it's our choice to alternate with chocolate all Summer! Hit this location up for lunch. It was one of the newer stores or had been updated. The service was friendly and fast. The place was clean and in order. The burger was hot and tasted great. Fries were hot and fresh. Ice tea was spot on. If like to see a little more seasoning on burger. But the fries had just the right amount of salt on them. I was taken aback by the reviews but gave it a try anyway as I've said Wendy's is doing something to up their game it seems. And this was a good visit and I'll come back for sure. read more

This location likes to taint your food. They will ask you to pull forward when there's no one else in line so you can't see inside.

We decided to give the new restaurant in Enid a try and will not go back. My French fries were cold and soggy. They obviously had been sitting there a while. Very disappointing. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Hands down. I will never go to Wendy's as long as I live in Enid because of this experience...Went through the drive thru on my lunch break the other day. Had one vehicle in front of me in line. I ordered one burger and one soft drink. I waited 40 minutes in line before leaving the line and going inside. I know that was my bad for waiting that long, but they never asked the car in front of me to pull ahead. I figured it was one car, they'd get that order out soon or have the common sense to have them pull forward to keep the line moving. They just let them sit there as car after car after car left the line. When I went inside I saw a cook in the back scrolling on his phone and as I was handed my food I got an apology that did not seem genuine at all. A couple of nights ago my husband went to Wendy's. Our entire order was wrong. I tried repeatedly to call and report this to a manager but they would never answer the phone. It was not a busy time of the evening either. I left a voice mail for a manager to call me and still have not heard anything. We ordered cheeseburger combo meals with mayo instead of ketchup, no tomatoes. We also ordered a southwest salad. The cheeseburgers were drowning in ketchup, no mayo. There were old squishy tomatoes on them. The burgers were cold like they had been setting for a long time. The fries were cold, limp, and greasy - disgusting. The southwest salad only had tomatoes and cheese on it so I don't know what the southwest part was supposed to be. read more

Never eaten at this place! Website claims they are open for drive up until 11 pm. Twice in the past two weeks I've gone there between 10 and 10:30 pm and found their sign turned off, the lights on the drive up menu turned off, and nobody offering to take my order at the order location. The second instance of this was a mere 15 minutes ago. After I took my business to McDonald's, I called Wendy's and was answered by an employee who said they were open! Why are your lights off? Where do your employees hide out? Do you not want to do business? Something is seriously wrong at this store. read more
