The customer service is top notch. They are so friendly and kind! The pizza was delicious! The sausage topping were plentiful, Alfredo sauce was rich, cheese browned perfectly, but my favorite part was the crust! Flavorful and soft! It definitely sets it apart from those big chains. It's just GOOD! I love that they mailed out the "welcome to the neighborhood" coupon when we moved to the area, because it makes me realize that they love their community. And that is so comforting. Chicken, bacon, mushroom, and BBQ sauce on a thin crust that was cooked perfectly! On top of the pie being pretty damn tasty, the guy even threw in a discount for being a first time customer! SCORE! Delivery was supposed to take 45 minutes, but was at my door in half an hour! Bonus tip for the driver when this happens! Very good experience here, and will order again when I am in the area. I never order delivery, but this was a special need that night. $32. for a medium pizza with delivery charges and tip. The pizza arrives, the delivery person quickly hands it to me and is off. We get it to the kitchen and find it's the wrong pizza. I mean really wrong, something we would not eat. I called the store back, and was told they would remake it. Two hours later I call as the pizza had not arrived. I am told that if I wanted it I had to come and get it. I explained my situation, I could not drive, thus why I paid all the extra fees. "Too bad" I was told by the man representing himself as the manager. "I don't have anyone to deliver it." Finally after nothing to eat the entire day, waiting at this time four hours. We tried to choke down a piece of the absolutely worst pizza I have ever tasted in my life. The dog wouldn't even eat it, and she eats her own poop. I wrote the store, I wrote corporate. I fully realize that snowy nights are when everyone slams them, errors do happen when you are busym, this is also forgiven. So give me a free pizza the next time I am in as compensation--crickets!!! When our pizza was brought to our table, I made an offhand joke to the short latino young man that served us (I forget his name), saying something like he wasn't as pretty as the waitresses that work there. He immediately got visibly angry and called me weird in front of my sons, and told me my joke was inappropriate. A sensitive, entitled little snowflake, quick to melt, who can't take a joke. So I left a google review saying the pizza is good but the service was terrible. In all reality, the pizza is wildly overpriced, $30 for a large specialty pizza, and quite pedestrian- I've honestly had better frozen pizza- Screaming Sicilian is MUCH better than this place, and Digiorno is about on par. Apparently their social media handler replied to my review, saying that I had made inappropriate comments about children's bodies? And that ownership of the restaurant stood behind the waiter's meltdown. This level of vitriol... I urge you to never trust a bitefull of food from a kitchen that is so resentful and... vengeful. I can't imagine they turn out a wholesome, clean food product with angry little egos such as the one possessed by our server and their social media person that represent them. I think it's $5 and $7 for more premium toppings. While I was eating one of the owners sat down to introduce herself to me. Very friendly and shared a lot of info about the place to me. The owners all live in the same cul de sac, so you know you're supporting a local business. I really enjoyed my time meeting all the different employees that worked there on a Saturday night. Also they had live music which isn't something you find at any pizza spot in Wichita. I will be returning because the food was great and the people were great to interact with.
