Charcoal grilling is an art form. The lamb, which was supposedly wrapped in lamb fat, should have been succulent and juicy. Instead, as the 2nd photo shows, it was burnt and very, very dry. 3) the chicken was no better. Dry to the point of being stringy and chewy. It was supposed to be dark meat (leg), but it was so dry I couldn't even tell if it was dark or white meat. 4) For this miserable dinner, I waited a full 28 minutes - when I was there at 4pm and I was the only 1 of 2 customers. Unacceptable! This was a real disappointment, and a total let down, because Karas shawarma (by the same Owner) was actually quite decent, which was why I decided to try their restaurant location.
