Forward a couple of months and after being prescribed stronger hydrocortisone with little improvement, our pediatrician recommended we see Dr. Eisenberg. After a physical inspection, Dr Eisenberg prescribed a new regiment that has cleared up my infant son's excema and kept it from flaring up. I was especially impressed at Dr Eisenberg's ability to explain in layman's term how simple changes in my son's skin regiment would help. I myself would consider using Dr Eisenberg for future skin issues.

She made sure I was without discomfort and was very concerned with any signs of pain, due to the procedure. It ended without any issues and I barely felt anything. I'll reiterate that my experience was easy and without any issues. Nowadays it's very difficult to find polite doctors who actually spend time with their patients. Dr. Lu went above and beyond. I recommend for all, unless it takes up my next visit time.

Always nice, nice. She billed my healthcare provider for (12) skin keratosis when I had (5) removed on my hands by freezing. I called her office and said they overcharged me for services performed and over billed my provided. My provider paid 60%. I was stuck with the over billing. They did nothing to resolve my issue. They know patients are busy and have little time to solve medical billing issues. So, she successfully keeps running her scam. Because it works for her! That's how she make BIG money. I would never ever go there again!!! She is dishonest and staff from front desk to assistants are all in on the billing scam.

The spa is located in a little storefront tucked away in Watchung right off of the highway and there's some parking in the back. As you walk in there's lots of products that you can purchase after your service and a little lounge area. Since I went during the middle of the day I was the only one there and was quickly taken back by one of the associates to get started. The space was clean and had nice ambiance music playing in the background. The facial was extremely relaxing as she exfoliated, used some light tool and did some extractions. My favorite part by far was the shoulder massage towards the end. It's crazy how quickly 75 minutes go by when you're in full relax mode. Can't wait for my next facial! I was referred to Dr. Drossner years ago during one of the most frightening health experiences of…read moremy life. I arrived to her office alone at age 21, my body already covered in lesions that were rapidly spreading and that would later be diagnosed as a rare and potentially serious inflammatory skin disease. From the moment she opened the door, I was met with dismissal and detachment. She took one glance at me, and said flatly, " Relax, I don't think you have anything terrible. You don't need to look so scared." It was not said gently. It was not meant to comfort. It set the tone. During the exam she made almost no effort to explain what she was seeing. as a matter of fact, she raised her eyebrows so frequently. I finally felt compelled to ask her thoughts. She replied with almost a chuckle " it's just very extensive." She biopsied one area on my stomach and warned me the scar would be "visible on the beach in a bikini", as if that was my most major concern and left it at that. I was never called personally with the results. A staff member read them to me coldly. This is stunningly unprofessional. I did not realize that a biopsy is a lost UPS package. It is a diagnosis that could alter someone's self image and future. This was negligence in any humanistic sense. However, I was booked for a follow up appointment. I had requested on my own to be put on a certain medication to which she did agree. She prescribed it, but offered no further care or education. At the next appointment, I asked if the condition would resolve and she did not answer. I recall vividly that she placed her hand down firmly near the sink and finally said "you'll have this for the rest of your nothing you can do to stop it." But she was wrong. I saw a different dermatologist, one who did not treat me like I was wasting their time, and received care that was both effective and humane. The contrast was stark. The outcome was different. I am not writing this to debate a diagnosis or hold a grudge. I am writing this because NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO BEG FOR CARE WHEN THEY ARE TERRIFIED. No one should have to walk out of a specialist's office more traumatized than when they went in. My condition ultimately improved and resolved completely. My memory of how I was treated never has.
