Rebecca Lu acts very friendly (always nice nice) just before she rips you off…read more.. She provides services you do not need to jack-up your billing while she is being nice, nice. Always nice, nice. She billed my healthcare provider for (12) skin keratosis when I had (5) removed on my hands by freezing. I called her office and said they overcharged me for services performed and over billed my provided. My provider paid 60%. I was stuck with the over billing. They did nothing to resolve my issue. They know patients are busy and have little time to solve medical billing issues. So, she successfully keeps running her scam. Because it works for her! That's how she make BIG money. I would never ever go there again!!! She is dishonest and staff from front desk to assistants are all in on the billing scam.

Dr. Rebecca Lu is a very caring & competent dermatologist that always has time to listen to your…read moreskin concerns and provide options. Her staff are always kind, considerate and discreet. During my first appointment over 10 years ago, she had identified basal cell carcinoma on my face and subsequently biopsied and then successfully removed it with MOH surgery. From that time onward, I would drive to wherever she practiced despite there being many other closer dermatologists. My whole family travels the 45 min drive to see her for any skin issue and are always happy with her professional and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend!!

They need more doctors. They think it's cute when you ask for an appointment and they say "we're…read morebooked a year out". Then your jaw drops and you say "I'll see any of the doctors, in any of the locations. I'll see a nurse or a PA, it doesn't have to be an MD, I just need a simple wart burned off." Then they say "it doesn't matter we're fully booked for a year". Then you say, "it only took under 10 mins last time I was here." Then they say "it doesn't matter, everyone is under 10 mins". The kicker was when they offered as consolation "we have people with suspicious skin lesions and they are lucky if they can get in before 3 months" I mean, what the eff? Like "we know you've been a loyal patient of SMG and your Dermatologist for years, but you need to go to the emergency room room if you suspect you might have a cancerous mole". Seriously?? If you are booked a year out, that justifies adding more doctors. So why the 5 star? The doctors themselves are great.

This was the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. Ever. We waited over an hour for our…read moreappointment, and the tiny waiting room was jam-packed full of patients that were also waiting to be seen. Once we were brought back to the room to see the doctor, he was incredibly rude and not at all interested in treating our daughter. We left and had our co-pay refunded. They need to schedule fewer patients, allow for longer appointment times, and have patients come at the actual appointment time instead of waiting for 60 minutes *or more.* I would rather drive farther away to see a dermatologist that actually sees their patients and treats them with respect.
