The nursing and office staff are also professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been to many dermatologists and found them perfunctory and less than personable. My experiences with Dr. Cerbone have been the exact opposite. I have had serious dermatological issues and am so grateful to have received the excellent care I have with Dr. Cerbone's practice. He remains current in his profession, is prudent in his recommendations, but not without creativity and patient lifestyle considerations in his care plans. It is unfortunate this other reviewer had the experience noted. I hope she gives the practice another shot. I travel more than 20 miles to see Dr. Cerbone and would happily make it 50 if he were to move his office.

Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I am receiving. Careless mistake for just a simple appointment scheduling. Ignore your questions and treat you indifferently. What do you think after you paid for your surgery? How will they treat you? There are more reputable and respect people in this practice. This place does not deserve a good review.

I was able to get an appointment the day after calling, which was amazing in and of itself, but the experience was even more amazing when we actually went for our visit. Jay in the front is such a ray of sunshine. She actually lifted my spirit on a bit of a challenging day for me. She was so warm and friendly. Her energy was contagious. The whole front office staff were so nice to my daughter, complimenting her and just making her feel seen. Our wait time was next to nothing in the front and even when we were taken to the back to wait for Dr. Shraga. He was immediately able to diagnose and put my daughter on a treatment plan. Always nice, nice. She billed my healthcare provider for (12) skin keratosis when I had (5) removed on my hands by freezing. I called her office and said they overcharged me for services performed and over billed my provided. My provider paid 60%. I was stuck with the over billing. They did nothing to resolve my issue. They know patients are busy and have little time to solve medical billing issues. So, she successfully keeps running her scam. Because it works for her! That's how she make BIG money. I would never ever go there again!!! She is dishonest and staff from front desk to assistants are all in on the billing scam.

During my first appointment over 10 years ago, she had identified basal cell carcinoma on my face and subsequently biopsied and then successfully removed it with MOH surgery. From that time onward, I would drive to wherever she practiced despite there being many other closer dermatologists. I've had some recent concerns and called the office to schedule an appointment with Dr. Downie as she had closer availability. I received TWO text message confirmations for my appointment prior to and one email confirmation ( all attached below). I arrived to my appointment today and was told they " couldn't find my appointment", that I could be seen however there were 6 people ahead of me which would result in over an hour and a half wait before I was seen. I expressed to the office that while I anticipated a wait, 1.5 hours was well beyond an acceptable wait time. I am an understanding person and have no problem waiting 30 minutes beyond my appointment time, even 45 minutes if there is an emergency however, 1.5 hours is nothing but a reflection of poor office management. Additionally, as my appointment was confirmed but somehow not coming up in the system, I asked for reasonable accommodations from the office. I did everything correct as a patient : I confined my appointment, I arrived early to my appointment and remained respectful in communicating my concerns. I requested, as the error was on the office and not myself, to be seen later today at 3:30. Again, reasonable accommodation request considering I showed the office proof that my appointment was confined by their system. The only options provided to me were to see Megan on another day and time or to see Dr. Downie during her next open appointment which was at 5:00 pm today. When I expressed that 5pm didn't not work as I needed to head to work that time, I was offered to come at my requested 3:30pm time and wait 1.5 hours to be seen... so still 5:00pm. Very unprofessional and quite frankly rude. I'm not sure about this office, but I'm sure in business and healthcare, when a error is made by the practice, it is then their responsibility to fix the error without additional inconvenience to the patron. Late appointments are cancelled and cancelled appointments result in a $100 fee so there is a communicated expectation of respecting the doctors time, however this same expectation of respect for time is not given to patients. I gave this dermatologist office two stars purely for Megan, however this practice has lost me and my future additional referrals as a client.

So, a family member had seen Dr. Downie on a talk show and recommended that I check her out. So I did and so far that was a good decision. Every appointment I have had with her has been a pleasant experience. She is a very relatable and kind person. The whole staff is very welcoming. Usually when I go to a doctors office it becomes a hurry up and wait game; but that has not been my experience with image dermatology. They're very thorough but they try hard to get you in and out. I Recently had an emergency appointment for a skin problem that I am having. Although she was done for the day, after explaining the issue, Dr. Downie called me back and asked me to come in and that she would wait for me. She has run all types of test and proven to be very thorough with me, which is something I like. I have no doubt that she will not stop until she has found what my underlying issue is and cured it.

It can really be exhausting because my husband is super picky about making sure to docs close to where we live so at least I had geographical location to narrow it down a bit. Thankfully Dr Woolrich didn't disappoint with his great service and professionalism. My husband was really satisfied with the treatment he got and trust me it's not easy to please him and his never ending quest for perfection lol. The office was very clean upon arrival and the prescriptions cleared up my husband skin super fast which means the doc knows his stuff. The supporting staff was very helpful and he took our insurance which is sometimes a challenge with other doctors. The appt was easy to book and we didn't wait long once we arrived.
