She immediately put me at ease and gave me an in-office treatment right on the spot for a lesion I thought might be cancerous. She seemed confident it is not cancer, but set up another appointment so she can see how it progresses with the treatment she put in place. I call the number for the office and it gets routed to a different office that tells me they have no idea why no one called to re-schedule or cancel the appointment. I travelled from out of state for this visit and it was a complete waste of my time. The other office said they would leave a message for the office manager- I also sent them a message through the app, and it has been 3 weeks and never heard back- maybe they are no longer in business- but to go to an appointment and to see the office completely shut down like that with no advanced notice (and even getting the advanced check-in email) it makes me wonder maybe they went out of business or they need someone new as their business manager.

Jay in the front is such a ray of sunshine. She actually lifted my spirit on a bit of a challenging day for me. She was so warm and friendly. Her energy was contagious. The whole front office staff were so nice to my daughter, complimenting her and just making her feel seen. Our wait time was next to nothing in the front and even when we were taken to the back to wait for Dr. Shraga. He was immediately able to diagnose and put my daughter on a treatment plan. The excema itself got so bad that we had to bandage his face and arms to keep him from scratching himself bloody. And this was at 4 month old. Forward a couple of months and after being prescribed stronger hydrocortisone with little improvement, our pediatrician recommended we see Dr. Eisenberg. After a physical inspection, Dr Eisenberg prescribed a new regiment that has cleared up my infant son's excema and kept it from flaring up. I was especially impressed at Dr Eisenberg's ability to explain in layman's term how simple changes in my son's skin regiment would help. I myself would consider using Dr Eisenberg for future skin issues.
