I was able to get an appointment the day after calling, which was amazing in and of itself, but the experience was even more amazing when we actually went for our visit. Jay in the front is such a ray of sunshine. She actually lifted my spirit on a bit of a challenging day for me. She was so warm and friendly. Her energy was contagious. The whole front office staff were so nice to my daughter, complimenting her and just making her feel seen. Our wait time was next to nothing in the front and even when we were taken to the back to wait for Dr. Shraga. He was immediately able to diagnose and put my daughter on a treatment plan. I can't rave enough about our experience from beginning to end. Thank you!

For example, when I first called, I was told I was the number three caller. I waited quite a while, and when my call was finally picked up, I was transferred to voicemail, which seemed strange after waiting on hold for so long. I eventually reached someone and scheduled an appointment. A couple of days before the appointment, however, I was notified that the provider would not be there and that I needed to reschedule. I wasn't given an extension or direct number for the person who called me, just the main number. When I called back, I again waited on hold and was eventually transferred to voicemail. Someone later returned my call and left a message, and the same process started over again. After a couple more cycles of missed calls, waiting on hold, and being sent to voicemail, I finally gave up and decided to find another dermatology practice. I can't comment on the quality of the medical care because I never got that far, but the communication and scheduling process made it unnecessarily difficult to become a patient.

Not only was she unable to give me the results that are expected from injecting a nodule pimple with a cortisone shot (the whole point in paying for the shot is to see flattening within 48 hours), but even worse - her technique was so shockingly poor that it caused severe fat atrophy in the entire area on my face. This has left an EXTREMELY noticeable dent in my face for several months that I now had to visit two separate med spas for consultations and ultimately had to pay $900 for a syringe of filler to see a slight resolution in the damage she caused. When I initially reached out to Dr. Niu about my concern of this divot due to fat atrophy in April 2025, she was extremely dismissive and took no accountability for the negative side-effect of her work. She mentioned that she had already provided me a refund (which was false because she had only given me a PARTIAL refund) and did not offer to fix the problem that she had created. The partial refund she gave me did not even begin to cover the amount of money I had to spend to fix this. I have pictures of the damage she caused as well as my text messages with her that show how unprofessional, condescending, and dismissive she was throughout the experience. Obviously this was distressing and disheartening for me as a patient. She is not a trustworthy or skilled practitioner and a simple conversation with her will prove that she's not confident speaking to a lot of the procedures she offers. I regret going against my intuition and trusting her anyway. She deletes her bad reviews and the one or two bad reviews that I have seen on here, she has replied to in an immature and dismissive manner that would not be expected from a true professional doctor. I am reporting her to the New Jersey Medical Licensing Board because this is absolutely unacceptable and I don't want other women to go through what I did. Always nice, nice. She billed my healthcare provider for (12) skin keratosis when I had (5) removed on my hands by freezing. I called her office and said they overcharged me for services performed and over billed my provided. My provider paid 60%. I was stuck with the over billing. They did nothing to resolve my issue. They know patients are busy and have little time to solve medical billing issues. So, she successfully keeps running her scam. Because it works for her! That's how she make BIG money. I would never ever go there again!!! She is dishonest and staff from front desk to assistants are all in on the billing scam.

I liked both of the doctors who did my exam today, Dr. Wassef and Dr. Milgraum. They were both knowledgeable, warm, and had a good sense of humor, and listened to all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with both of them and plan to remain a patient here. This facility is bright and clean, and looks like it was recently renovated. It was an inviting space to be in.
