I had a great experience from reception to patient room. All staff were kind and respectful. Dr. Ghandi was ready to see me shortly after I arrived, I didn't even get a chance to read my book, lol! Dr.Ghandi asked about my concerns first. She immediately put me at ease and gave me an in-office treatment right on the spot for a lesion I thought might be cancerous. She seemed confident it is not cancer, but set up another appointment so she can see how it progresses with the treatment she put in place. I was very happy with my appointment and will be returning for any medical needs I have concerning my skin.

I had visited Dr Strauch twice before- he is a professional and no issues with him. My issue is…read morewith the office itself. I had an appointment which was set more than a month in advance. 2 days before the appointment, I even received an email to confirm the appointment and pay the fee in advance. I show up for my appointment at 3pm and there is no one there and the office is locked up. I verify with the app and yes, I do have an appointment and shows valid for that time. I call the number for the office and it gets routed to a different office that tells me they have no idea why no one called to re-schedule or cancel the appointment. I travelled from out of state for this visit and it was a complete waste of my time. The other office said they would leave a message for the office manager- I also sent them a message through the app, and it has been 3 weeks and never heard back- maybe they are no longer in business- but to go to an appointment and to see the office completely shut down like that with no advanced notice (and even getting the advanced check-in email) it makes me wonder maybe they went out of business or they need someone new as their business manager.

And I like the vibe -- I think her brother, Dr. Peter Lee also practices there, so it's a quiet two person, family establishment. She is super sweet and friendly, and since she knew my mom and my mom's friend, she actually remembered them and would ask about them. She never rushes you, but you can tell she is efficient because they get very busy. As in, I could make an early morning appointment, maybe even the second to fourth one of the day, and I still have to easily wait 30 minutes. The longest I've ever waited was a full hour. Decent sized waiting room, only two rows (opposite of each other) of chairs, but in spite of it being busy I've never had to wait around standing or anything. They have magazines. One bathroom to the left of when you walk in, large and clean. Plenty of parking, in a large shared lot with a lot of other businesses (I assume?). When you see the doc, you sit on the table, show her your issues, ask questions, and then she comes up with a game plan. Naturally, after that she is out the door to either get you medication, fill out a script. I would imagine if there were more dire issues, like anything related to skin cancer, she would spend more time with you. But my visits were always routine, she always looked at my file, and my skin stuff didn't require a lot of time. She would only spent about 10 minutes with me, maybe? Yet it wasn't like I was mid- sentence and she rushed out the door and left me hanging. At the time, I didn't have insurance, and she would give me A TON of samples for acne cream and medications which I thought was really considerate of her. That's something I really appreciated because it helped me out a lot. Now that I relocated I don't go to her anymore, and I have insurance which she doesn't take, but I really like her. If circumstances were to change, I'd come back to her.
