I came here recently for a spray tan and it was incredible. NO where near orange, and it smells great! I loved it so much I already booked my next appointment! I also had a blowout done here and the woman was so wonderful and listened to my concerns. I have very fine thin hair that can't hold a curl very well. She listened and understood my concerns and used specific products and curled my hair a certain way and the curls LASTED ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!!!!!!!!! They also do custom foundations!!!! ITS AMAZING! They customize it to your preference of coverage, matte, dewy, spf, and minerals! You name it, they got it! They keep your record on file so that you can easily call back and they'll make it for you again to come pick up! I'M HOOKED!!!!!!!! This place is absolutely amazing and everyone is so nice and I just cant wait to go back again to feel like a million bucks!!!!!!!!

Photo attached, taken on July 4th, the day after. My hair was fried from HOURS in bleach. The color was inconsistent. I ended up crying on the floor of Target to buy bleach just so I could have something that looked close to normal. I had to chop off 6 inches of hair and give myself bangs because of the sheer volume of fried hair. It is several months later and I have spent close to $2500 trying to fix my hair. The ends are still crispy and break off and my hair is barely chin length. Of note, he barely wore a mask the entire time. He also left bleach in my hair while he went into the hallway to argue with a girl who took a photo of him doing hair without a mask. He also commented on my husband who is of Chinese descent something to the effect of "I love Asian men! They are like f*cking a dolphin because they are so smooth!" He also kept sneaking in the back to take shots of vodka so pretty sure he wasn't sober most of the time. These are just the highlights of the experience. Suffice it to say, I will not be going back and I would not recommend this business to anyone I want to remain friends with.

Came back the second time and got the exact same thing and it took the stylist just about an hour. When I went to pay, they charged me for an extended blowout, an extra $39! I told her I was confused as I had been here before and this had not happened. She told me, rudely, "Well, it took over an hour and you have thick hair. I've added it to your account for future appointments." Unfortunately, there won't be another appointment. Is it based on how quickly the stylist completes a straight blowout, or the actual thickness of hair? I have pretty standard hair - not thin, but definitely not super thick! Super disappointing and hope others can be wary!

She went above and beyond in helping me feel comfortable, reassured that my hair was no problem at all, and at the end even said that doing my hair was relaxing. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've had getting a blowout in a long time, and now I am considering their monthly membership! It's been three days since my blowout and my hair is still looking great (see photos)! Their other location seems to have some issues with staffing availability/hours, but this location seems very solid. I'll be back!

I went in for a summer refresh color (all over balayage), which I had discussed ahead of time with my stylist. Once she started to blow-dry my hair, I wasn't sure I was totally pleased with it. The stylist got so upset that she truly practically whisked me out of her chair, fully wet hair and all, curtly stating I could get a re-do scheduled at the front desk, which I did. I went in the next morning and told her "I have gotten used to the new color and I like it! Can we just fix the face framing pieces, please?" She said maybe six words to me in the three hours I was there and she took it upon herself to fully dye my hair an entirely new color. (Not at ALL what I asked for.) I truly don't know must of anything about hair coloring, so while I was confused about the length of time, I trusted her. Once again--I kid you not--I left the salon with a fully wet head of hair and a glob of coloring or toner or whatever on my forehead, a dirty look from my stylist and that was that. Again, not a word from the stylist. I left feeling shocked, embarrassed, and confused. I contacted the salon and never heard back. My stylist is talented, but how anyone can treat a regular customer like that blows my mind. Maybe consider another salon, especially if you, like me, aren't fluent in all things hair.

In addition, the owner asked (through his receptionist) to see pictures and then said I could get a refund through Groupon. They would not issue a refund and the business will not issue a refund!
