Ashley has been doing my hair since I moved to Connecticut a few years ago. I was blonde when I met Ashley and my goal was to go silvery platinum blonde. We did it and she it was amazing, her video of my hair was even featured on milkshake USA for their Ivey blonde shampoo! We then tried strawberry champagne, a Merlot color not shared here to a mocha brown most recently. She aims to please, and is honest and sweet! My hair is very curly naturally so, she does a keratin complex treatment annually in the spring and it lasts! She also advises you as to how to maintain your hair in between! You won't find a better stylist!

I was a little nervous bc I just felt like my roots looked ~bad~ and anyway Miranda fixed it and I'll be back in 12 weeks!!! :) also note but 2 bleach jobs in 2 days is kinda a lot for hair and I'm grateful it still looks ~healthy~. That's a feat. I was worried it was going to fall out or something and it's totally fine. My next appt is in NOV!

The girl calls me back and just stated it is all dermatology tested . Its been over a week and my face ( forehead ) is no better its actually worse, so I have to make a dermatology appointment now. The owner of the spa or the young lady that did my facial has not even called me once to see if Im better , or nothing . Thats not very good customer service at all , the owner should be ashamed of herself . Never again will I go back there , and to the woman that get facials find out whats going on your face before its done !

After sitting…read moreupright in a chair for 3 hours (the longest it has taken for me to get lashes on) I was so disappointed. The pain while getting this set on was almost the worst part. I got stabbed and scraped for the whole duration of my appointment (which has never happened anywhere else). When I got home the lashes were clearly glued to my skin and that left me with a stabbing pain every time I opened my eyes. Rachel ended up being very rude about removal and refund. In the end it was the biggest waste of money and I got none back. Will not be ever going here again!
