When I arrived the following day I was given a tour of the salon including the coffee/snack area, color mixing bar and lather lounge. When I met with my stylist Katie, she gave me a thorough consultation and I provided her a picture of what I had in mind for the cut. It was a pleasure speaking with her throughout my visit and she did an excellent job at reproducing the style I had requested. I couldn't be happier with with the result and will certainly be returning for my next cut!

Me and the stylist had decided on going through with a color correction since i was originally going to go blonde from brown and had red color in my hair. They were super accommodating when I had to reschedule because of jury duty to 7/17. The issues came when I called ahead of time (6/25) if i should stick to the colour correction since I had changed my mind from going bleach blonde to something close to my natural with chunky highlight. The receptionist gave me her number and asked me to send her photos of my current hair and an inspo which i did during our call at 2:02 pm. She said the owner was out of town and wanted to consult her first. I had to take the time off of work way in advance so I was hoping they would call me if they cancelled. The day before I call and the part time receptionist finds out my appointment was cancelled and no one knows why. I am slightly frustrated because again I took time off work and no one seems to know about why it's canceled or anything about the photos I had sent. She offered to rebook me and then go find out but being wary of scheduling more time off without a service I just asked if she could find out first and then call me back. I never received a call back. They were nothing but kind to me but I just felt like as a new client they weren't too interested in doing my hair so I will be going somewhere else. Just a shame because I liked the place before but I feel like its more effort than it's worth when it seems so disorganized.

I had blonde highlights that were very grown out and wanted to dye over them back to my natural which is a warm medium brown. My hair came out pitch black with a red tone to it. The service took long and she kept stopping and left the dye sitting on my head for about 1 hour then came back and put more dye on my head and then left me sit??? My skin is very very sensitive and it was sitting on it to the point where my scalp was burning a bit. My hair was not rinsed well and it left a film like there was too much conditioner that was still on my hair and there was dye left on my shirt, my face, and my scalp and hairline. Then I was told to just use rubbing alcohol at home to get it off. And I heard my stylist talking very loudly about me in another room saying what I was asking for was not realistic and it was too hard and if it was taking to long for a simple color it's not her problem... Mind you she kept stopping and would not wash my hair out left a treatment I didn't ask for on my hair for 30 mins in between washing me out and when I called raising my concern it was brushed off and they would not give me a refund. Mind you I am a 17 year old girl in high school who paid 150$ to leave the salon in tears!! Thank you Mimi's salon but you just lost a client

Last month, I stopped by Casey's Classic Cuts for the 1st time. To say I had a great experience,…read morewould be a vast understatement. I set out seeking help for a hair catastrophe that needed a dire fix! (haha long story). Upon arrival, I was met with the salon owner, Casey. I gave her a quick run down of my predicament & she was able to fit me in. Despite feeling a bit stressed & defeated, her warmth, kindness & understanding put me at ease. Considering the shape of my hair, I wasn't sure I'd have even a decent outcome. However, as I told her, she was an absolute god send! Not only did she salvage majority of my locks, but it turned out beautiful! The final result was way better than expected & I was incredibly thrilled & relieved. I am beyond appreciative of her phenomenal skills & humility. She didn't have to, but Casey went the extra mile & surpassed it. Not only are her 'cuts' classic, but so is she. The entire salon gave off a wholesome & professional atmosphere. Definitely a class act establishment in my book. I hope everyone had a great holiday, & I pray for a wonderful impending new year for all!

First, she asked how I wanted it cut, then she spun me around a few times in the chair fading the cut from all directions. She then manually cut the sides down to a 2 with perfect precision. Next, she finished the top and sent me on my way. I'm actually switching to Bellisima. The cost is cheaper, the cut was quicker and left me excited to show it off. While I can only speak to having Victoria cut my hair, the place was busy and happy. If you can set an appointment with Victoria, do it. You'll be happy you did.
