Thats not very good customer service at all , the owner should be ashamed of herself . I had gone in after months of research and saving up and wanted multi highlights with obvious highlights showing and keeping more red undertone. The picture on left is the coloring I wanted and the one on right is what I got. Everyone who has seen my hair says it's nothing like the picture. Nor is the cut anything of quality.
