One: they listen, they execute the desired look to fit your individual face. Second: they are an environmentally conscious salon. Three: they are on top of the latest trends in hair. I got stabbed and scraped for the whole duration of my appointment (which has never happened anywhere else). When I got home the lashes were clearly glued to my skin and that left me with a stabbing pain every time I opened my eyes. Rachel ended up being very rude about removal and refund. In the end it was the biggest waste of money and I got none back. Will not be ever going here again!
