DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE AT THIS SALON!…read more The owner Traci does NOT care, once she gets your money. I chose this salon because I followed Jessica somehow on IG and her work "appeared" good. I showed her a pic of what I wanted she said she could do it no problem and I specifically said cover the grey in the front and she completely missed the front and the color does not look like the pic. I then had to go back and have the front done and again the color NOT what I wanted. Again, looks brassy exactly what I said I did not want and it looks like I have a month of regrowth. I called the Salon Monday at noon to speak to the owner (as I was there Saturday before Easter, I knew it was busy) and got a text from the hairdresser that day. I had to request from her to have the owner call if she was the one making a decision to refund me some sort of financial refund. Traci could NOT even take two minutes out of her day to call an unhappy customer. 48 hours later she texts me that she's busy with customers and can't respond asking "what is the problem?" She couldn't even call??!!! I responded back to her with the "problems" and she never responded. As a busy nurse, it was hard enough getting there. Her unprofessionalism is despicable. Hope others do not go through the same nonsense I did. I do not live around the corner to drive out there 3 times in a week! Hope you aren't unhappy with the final product because Traci doesn't care once she has your money.

Melissa has done an exceptional job putting together a salon that is welcoming and comfortable while staying on top of the newest styles. I love the decorations she's chosen - just enough sparkle and shine to show off the salon's personality without being kitschy or overwhelming. The salon's honorary mascot, Molly, greets you at the door (ok, maybe she's hoping you have a treat in your pocket). The ladies who work here are the kind of people absolutely grow to care about and who remember your stories, asking for updates on your return visits. I've gotten more compliments on my hair since coming to Studio 5 and have referred a number of people who have turned into loyal customers as well. The new location also offers the added bonus of being able to walk over to Bmuse after your appointment so you can pick up a quick lunch or dinner! ;-)

For those who have or want to have a pixie cut the talented ladies at Christoper Michael the Salon…read morewill make you look amazing! I highly recommend this salon for multiple of reasons. One: they listen, they execute the desired look to fit your individual face. Second: they are an environmentally conscious salon. Three: they are on top of the latest trends in hair. Pixies require more Maintenance than regular long hair and they have a option that is a lower cost to have a clean up done so you are not paying for full price hair cut. ( recommended clean up every 3 weeks for this option)

The owner is especially rude, foul mouthed, and seems to me to be unstable. Definitely don't bring your kids there or answer any calls from them when your kids are around. They cancel appointments at the last minute, switch times without telling you, have very limited hours. The employees always complain about the other employees. The parking is a problem, and if you park closer to another store in the small lot, the other store puts a sticker on your car. This is just a place to stay away from. When I posted a negative review about this place on another site, the owner, instead of trying to improve service, posted a response saying the negative review was harassment.
