When I met with my stylist Katie, she gave me a thorough consultation and I provided her a picture of what I had in mind for the cut. It was a pleasure speaking with her throughout my visit and she did an excellent job at reproducing the style I had requested. They were super accommodating when I had to reschedule because of jury duty to 7/17. The issues came when I called ahead of time (6/25) if i should stick to the colour correction since I had changed my mind from going bleach blonde to something close to my natural with chunky highlight. The receptionist gave me her number and asked me to send her photos of my current hair and an inspo which i did during our call at 2:02 pm. She said the owner was out of town and wanted to consult her first. I had to take the time off of work way in advance so I was hoping they would call me if they cancelled. The day before I call and the part time receptionist finds out my appointment was cancelled and no one knows why. I am slightly frustrated because again I took time off work and no one seems to know about why it's canceled or anything about the photos I had sent. She offered to rebook me and then go find out but being wary of scheduling more time off without a service I just asked if she could find out first and then call me back. I never received a call back. They were nothing but kind to me but I just felt like as a new client they weren't too interested in doing my hair so I will be going somewhere else. Just a shame because I liked the place before but I feel like its more effort than it's worth when it seems so disorganized.

A lob with a hidden undercut? Yes! This one was literally my favorite haircut that I've ever gotten. I'm definitely coming back to ask her to do the same exact thing again. They not only made me look like a beautiful bride, but they also catered to the needs of my maid of honor, bridesmaids, flower girls, and mother. Amazingly, with my mom, she said "do whatever you think would look good" for hair, and Claudel came up with a breathtaking hairdo! Not to mention the hair and makeup stayed put the entire night, some of us into the morning! This was with the high stress of dancing ourselves silly. If you want quality hair and makeup that will make you look like a princess AND stay in place, book with Elle. A second point: Mahnaz, the owner, was originally supposed to do my hair.
