She does exactly that and completely understands why, doesn't try to pressure or convince me into chopping more (even though I probably should ) This time around was my first time coming to this new place, and it's amazing! Really clean welcoming environment, I had Stefanie trim my hair this time around and she did exactly what I asked & has an amazing personality. Definitely will continue to come here. + the pupper is so cute

Not only did she leave my hair with brassy ass orange "blonde" streaks, she asked me to come in 45 min later than our agreed scheduled appointment. When I tried to ask for a full/partial refund she refused because she claimed she used up a lot of her time and product but hey get this, she asks to fix it. So... you won't give me my refund but offer to fix my hair which will use up more time and product when you can give me my refund and it'll SAVE BOTH our time and more of your damn product-- which wasn't even that much considering I only literally had like 4 blonde pieces in my hair. You offering to fix my hair is not enough because what makes you think I will trust you to touch my hair again after the first time around? I let her know literally the same week that I don't like my hair so she offered to fix it. She never hits me up to schedule me, instead she posts her last minute availability on IG instead of asking me first if I was available to come in to fix my hair. There was NO effort whatsoever to try to fix my hair. I asked about that availability and she says it's been filled so I tell her to just lmk her soonest. I get NO reply for going on TWO WEEKS and at that point I would rather find someone else who knows what they're doing and could do what I ask for so that's why I asked for my damn refund. After a little heated conversation, she just stops replying-- how professional right? She should've gotten it right the first time or at least close to it. I've been blonde before so I know how my hair is but unfortunately it is obvious you don't what you're doing and also possess THE WORST customer service from any hair dresser I've ever received so I will definitely not be coming back or recommending anyone to her.

That sold me and long story short, my hair has never been healthier and I have never received so many compliments randomly from complete strangers. I have gone to other hair stylist before Erin and have never had healthy hair which I always tried to achieve. It is Erin's mission to help clients achieve the desired results in the most healthy way and therefore, always takes the time to educate her clients about what is the best way to achieve such results. Erin truly cares about not only the look of your hair but most importantly the health of it as well. She takes pride in the work she does and it shows in all the beautiful and healthy hair of each of her clients. Erin constantly educates herself on new products and techniques. In the many years that I have had the pleasure of being one of Erin's clients, I have seen her grow as a professional hair stylist but also grow her business to the point where I have to book appointments MONTHS in advance. That speaks volumes especially because she's running a one woman show! ‍

I went through four different stylists who insisted they could "fix" them, but none of them listened to what I knew about my own hair. Ms. Regenia was the first person who sat me down, examined my hair with care, and prioritized healthy hair over everything else. She didn't pressure me or dismiss me, she supported the decision I had been trying to make for so long. She actually cut my locs for me, something I had been asking for repeatedly, and she did it with so much gentleness and respect. Afterward, she styled my natural hair beautifully and brought my curls back to life. Her spirit is genuine, her professionalism is unmatched, and her chair feels like a place of honesty, peace, and restoration. I'm truly grateful I found her.

I made my appointment over the internet and it said my appointment would cost $70 for what I was wanting done.. I booked a cap highlight. I got there and she said it would cost $140 for this tiny section of hair on the top of my head & called it a partial highlight. I've gotten my hair done soooo many times before and this was the ABSOLUTELY WORST experience I've ever had. She ended up doing a balayage on my hair and said it would look like what I wanted. Still quoted $140. So she bleached the shit out of my hair and fried it. My hair was healthy when I went in to the salon. I wanted a platinum blonde she put a dark toner on my hair without even talking to me about it. So I left unhappy. Called and spoke to a manager and she said they would fix it for me. I went in today and got there after an hour of commute there and home, and the manager tells me she spoke to autumn and she discussed with me what was happening with my hair that it didn't lighten good it was "orange" which is a flat out lie. Autumn told me it lightened great. Then put a dark toner on it without even seeing if that was okay with me and lied to the manager and said she discussed it with me. The manager then told me there was NOTHING they could do to fix my hair. I left crying. The "vibe" was horrible. They made me so uncomfortable and upset. Will never go again to this salon && don't recommend my worst enemy to go there. The woman in front of me in line today her hair cut was horrible also... I felt so bad for her... these women in this salon don't care about the people they are supposed to be helping. They will ruin your hair and rip you off like they did me. My hair is fried and SO UGLY. Oh also did no test stream before bleaching my hair. Was so careless and rude. I saw how it lightened and it was good I have no idea what came over her to put something completely different than what I asked for on my hair.

I saw this place on my way home from work. I was assured the style I wanted could be done. I wanted the top left long and the sides shorter. I was also quoted one price when making the appointment but after was charged more, a total of $40, for essentially a mans hair cut, and the owner even had predetermined tips picked out for herself. The biggest problem was that the finished cut did not resemble in the slightest the cut that I had asked for. The owner admitted to changing the style of the hair cut I had asked for to one she knew how to do. She didn't care and even laughed and said learning to cut hair was the only part of beauty college she hated. Well, that would have been useful before she cut all my hair off and ruined it. It looked more like a 70 year old woman's hair cut. I was so upset. I would not recommend going here. I would expect this level at Master Cuts or Super Cuts. ****Update**** Posted After Owners Reply***** I don't know what the owner was trying to accomplish by posting this nonsensical and absurd reply to my review. She did not address any of my complaints in the review. And if she admits to going to hair shows and trying to stay on top of trends then that says a lot. She needs to stop partying with her girl friends at the hair show, take it more serious and pay attention to some classes instead. Plus I did speak to her about how unhappy I was about the problems listed above but she was too arrogant to see how hurt and unhappy I was from all of the pride blinding her. She just defended herself profusely. I would again not recommend going here, she is not worth the extremely high prices or the stress caused by her uppity attitude. And she CAN'T cut hair.
