I told her I would go with what she was comfortable doing. She gently applied wax to clean my brow areas and filled them in then topped them with a brow gel to keep them in place. My brows look amazing and her fill-in technique is superb. They look super natural and perfectly contoured. I would recommend and return to Ro without a doubt. We did a lot of waiting and I expected a little more interaction to make it more fun. When I got home I tried on my shades and they were beautiful and high quality. He really puts so much care into the way he cuts my hair, giving so much attention to detail.. really working with the texture and weight of my hair. Something else Im not alone with is considering the fact that for some of us It's troublesome enough dealing with location, ethics and professionalism of certain salons. I mean it could be numerous things such as parking space, too many people, disrespectful people, too loud, need for privacy and depending of what ones personal service will be, there are way too many people on my hair by the time I'm sitting with my hairstylist. I arrived and was greeted by the receptionist who was very sweet and was then greeted by my hairs dresser Ann. She was nice. We had discussed side sweeping bags with front laters and caramel highlights. I wasn't informed but she bleached the highlight strands and then added the color. After the first set of hair color my hair came out blond. When Ann proceeded to cut my hair I had to ask if the top of my head was going to be so light. She said yes. So I asked her to put another coat of color on at least the top part. This did make the my top of hair slightly darker. So instead of warm caramel I got cool blondish. The side bangs came out more blunt than I liked (I ended up going home and trimming it myself so it flowed better). And I was charged an additional $15 for having long hair. The woman washing my hair only either applied shampoo or conditioner to my hair... not both. And the last rinse not sure if she applied either. It was more of a rinse than a wash. I may need to get it fixed by another place in the near future..... I won't be going back any time soon as nice as they were.
