I got my hair blown out by the jr stylist Annabella back in December and it was the best experience I've had a salon!

Every time I have come here I have left totally satisfied and overjoyed with my hair! Grace is amazing. About a month ago I came in for blonde highlights and she did an astounding job! Today I came in for a trim and curtain bangs and I left feeling like a movie star. I also felt pampered when getting my hair washed, as Angelina would softly massage my head while washing my hair. I also love how you can pay with Venmo as well as cash or card. All of the girls have their Venmo QR codes on display for easy paying and tipping! The salon is very clean and the employees are friendly. I always get asked if I want any water or refreshments. I love coming here! read more

Received a great cut from Grace today. I arrived a few minutes late, but they were no nice and super friendly. Got my hair washed by Juliana. She was so sweet and nice. Then I talked to Grace about what I wanted, I had never been here before. Showed her a picture so she had the idea of what I was looking for. She was so careful and payed close attention to what she was doing. Told me everything she was doing at each step of the way. She was very professional and did a lovely job. It wasn't as short as I wanted, but she was super careful and attentive. Everyone was very friendly. And the price was super reasonable. read more

I have used this salon 3 times. Last year I went in for a cut figuring women hair cutters would know how to make a man look handsome. They did a very choppy job and hide their mistakes with hair product before you leave. It's easy to read the nervousness on their faces when they know they messed something up. So when I got home and washed and dried my hair it was apparently clear that my hair was all lopsided to the shape of my head. Waiting a whole year to grow my hair out so that I could cut it and have it styled again. Used a different hair stylist to give them a second chance. I payed for a haircut that I basically didn't receive. Cleaning up the hair around my ears is not a haircut. So a few days later I called but got an answering machine. I left a message but never got a call back, perhaps they thought I was expecting a free haircut, because I wanted what I payed for corrected. Is that to much to ask for? I called again and when I finally got a hold of someone. I got a laundry list of excuses of why they did not return my phone call. Unacceptable. For the third appointment I was told that I would be seeing a stylist that knew how to cut men's hair. This was not the case. The stylist (I won't name names) went on to google images of movie star hair dews to figure out what look I was going for because she couldn't understand what I was expressing or what she was looking at. Which immediately signifies to me she had little to no experience cutting and styling men's hair. Also only use thinning shears and kept going on how thick my hair is, not once did she use standard cutting shears to even out my hair and used a buzzer on the back of my neck which was so sharp that it was cutting into my skin. I told her that it was hurting me but she did not ease up and she continued. After going home and washing my hair I can clearly see all the areas she missed. Leaving spots of my hair at their original length, yet another lopsided haircut with different lengths of hair all through out my head. The customer service is friendly but not genuine at all, and their practices are very sloppy and not thorough at all. I'm severely disappointed for the money I used to trust in a service, I still tipped generously to the hair washer and stylist because I'm not jerk. Getting me hair washed was probably the only satisfying experience I had there. The girl that washed me hair took her time, was thorough with my scalp, considerate, and gave me a gentle massage. I hope she find work in a better salon that will utilize her potential. Now I have to go to a barber (which I dread) to get a factory haircut that is given to every person that sits in a barber chair. Thanks for nothing but aggravation, disappointment, and Misuse of my hard earned money. read more

I got my hair cut today by Jeannette. She was wonderful! My wife had a balayage done here a few weeks ago and I was impressed with the work they've done. Personally, I was a little hesitant going to a salon for a male haircut, but Jeannette was able to bring the vision I had for my hair to life. It was great meeting her and spending time talking to her while at the same time getting a great cut. The salon was great and the rest of the staff were also a pleasure to interact with. Worst experience. I went here for a few highlights. The hairstylist Veronica claimed to have experience with highlights. It took forever. Never had someone take so long with highlights. They charged me extra for some treatment which did not help because this girl burnt my hair off. It was orange and falling out at the sink. I'm so upset DO NOT use Veronica. I had to go to a different salon for them to fix it and I ended up having to cut off 6 inches of hair. Beware! read more

Came to this place based on a recommendation and was blown away with how pleased I was with how my hair came out!! Chelsea styled my hair and was very open to what I wanted. She listened to what I had to say about my hair, and concerns I had. She did exactly what I asked for, unlike some salons where you leave the salon with a different style than you asked for. A warm and friendly atmosphere as soon as I walked in. I had an 11:00 AM, and was seated at the sink to be washed right away. Gina, who washed my hair and gave a great head massage, was not rough, and had the temperature just right! After she made me a great cup of coffee, and I met Veronica. Veronica listened to exactly what I wanted, did not take off more than I asked, like so many hairstylists do, and left me with a clean cute, beautiful head of hair. Veronica gave me a beautiful and clean cut, taking off 1.5 inches, which I asked for, after blowing my hair out, and not frying it like some hairstylists have done in the past; she thinned out my thick hair as I requested perfectly.
