I've been going to Cesar for makeup at the MAC Counter at Macy's for a few years now. He is truly talented at making you be a more fabulous you. He's done my make up for dates and for a girl's night out, and I always get lots of compliments. What I really like about Cesar is that he consults with you about your look, and where you want to take it, and listens. He's always one step ahead in the makeup industry with the newest looks and makeup techniques. He shows you the latest colors that work for you. He is familiar with all types of skin tones. Cesar is amazing, and will walk me through the whole makeup process and we take a few pictures so I remember to contour they way he does so effortlessly. An hour with Cesar is like giving yourself a gift. Make an appointment and treat yourself to a makeup makeover. I guarantee you will not regret it. Cesar Silva!!!! I couldn't leave MAC at Macy's without knowing his name! He was such a pleasure! I am 5 months pregnant and I can't even tell you the last time I have been out for a girls night. I didn't know where to begin, but I knew I needed my face beat! lol I knew it was last minute so I went only with hopes to get a little makeover and Cesar was just the one to come through for me. Wonderful 1st visit to this MAC Counter!! I went to get my make up done for a wedding I was attending & I couldn't have been happier with Cesar :) He took a very thoughtful approach & discussed with me the look that I wanted, what I was going to wear, my skin type, etc. He really took everything into consideration to make me look my best. I also like that he would show me how it was coming along and make any changes that I wanted and really listened to my feedback. Most importantly, my make up looked great and gave me such a confidence boost & I didn't have to worry about touching up the whole night! I love going to this mall only because I get to visit my favorite counter in Macy's! The MAC Counter! All the staff that they have working for them are amazing, kind, fun and extremely helpful! It's always super organized and stocked with everything anyone could ever need! I love going there because I get the best tips and advice!
