It's way too blonde in the bottom so she knew I wasn't happy so of course She had to tow it to match my hair on top. I didn't want the color from the beginning. I told her I wanted to be more blonde my whole head. Now she doesn't Want to get my refund back which I think I have a right to it! Had my hair cut today by Katsuko. I was extremely impressed with the precautions the salon has…read moretaken to ensure safety in the time of COVID-19. I received a text the day before my appointment that asked if I had any recent symptoms consistent with coronavirus/if anyone in my household had symptoms. Additionally I was provided with instructions on the salon protocol. On calling the salon, I was instructed that I could enter, I was asked to sanitize my hands, and had my temperature checked. The salon is using disposable gowns and is limiting hairdrying inside the salon, therefore you're asked to show up having washed your own hair. The appointment was quick and everyone wore masks/maintained social distancing inside. The haircut is wonderful (only $65, cheaper than what I've paid for comparable haircuts in the past) and I could not have felt more comfortable with the experience. The location has plenty of parking in the parking lot behind the salon. Excuse the appearance of the area near the salon as there was a fire in a restaurant next door. I highly recommend this salon, they are going above and beyond to make sure their clients are safe.
