No words had to said. She would wash my hair and go to work. As with Sigrid I was never disappointed. When my name was called, I got to meet Igor and told him what I wanted, he gave me other ideas and I went with them because he said that my hair wouldn't work cause how straight my hair is which ofc did not bother me cause I know . But ANYWAYS I just went with the flow. I got my hair cleansed by this guy, he is so kind and funny and fun to talk to.He made me feel comfortable. We chatted as if we were like besties . The salon is beautiful and clean and nicely laid out (you don't feel like you're on top of anyone). They did a very nice job with my hair and they were so quick!
