Laura was my stylist and I'm so happy I cane to this salon! I had a great experience and will return. Laura was very good and we talked about what I wanted and what she thought would look good also. Very helpful and we ended up talking a lot. I was having a tiring day so they got me coffee which was just what I needed. Lol. The prices are good and I was given a sample of the shampoo and conditioner that Laura used! That was nice. Great cut and helpful advice!

In years past anytime I've gotten highlights they always turned out brassy, not with Jess, my color always looks perfect and holds up nicely as well as her cuts. I like that they have a chat box where you can speak with someone virtually to schedule an appointment rather than call on the phone (Introvert approved!) The lady who I spoke with on the chat was very friendly and personable! Upon arriving for your appointment, you must sanitize your hands and have your temperature taken - which is a nice and much appreciated extra step during this pandemic! There were quite a bit of people in there which was a little overwhelming, though everyone is required to wear a face mask, which is a relief! This was my first time going to a "real salon/spa", I've only ever been to Hair Cuttery or Great Clips before, but everyone here was SO friendly and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable in this new environment! Very beautiful place on the inside, too! Definitely looks and feels like a spa! I hope they continue their current sanitation policies/procedures long after the state fully reopens so I can continue to come back and try other services in addition to eyebrow waxing!

Lots of layers, however my thin, barely there hair got way too chunky (and not blended) in some areas rendering HOLES in my hair. It took me a minute to write this review and the cut thank goodness is growing out. Will I return, probably not. One of the things that has been hard for me when visiting most salons- I have moderate hearing loss and the stylists have always been super chatty and ask tons of open ended questions. That always takes makes me feel embarrassed when I keep asking them to repeat themselves or answer something they didnt ask. After showing my stylist my desired cut, she saw me remove my hearing aids. She did not make me feel pressured to make small talk. The head massage she gave me while shampooing my hair was wonderful and relaxing. She was gentle with my hair and took great care with cutting the layers. The front door was propped open and there was a nice breeze coming in. She made me feel happy, relaxed and at ease. I have never had such a quiet and relaxing salon experience. You can't ask for a better stylist. She did the hair for my wedding and I would recommend her to anyone. She listens and understands what you want and if you don't know she will ask you questions and try to help you figure it out. I've been to places where I felt the stylist was more interested in what they wanted vs. listening to me and what I want. For those of you with long hair, don't be afraid of Meghan. She will not force you to think about cutting it short or adding something you didn't want. If you say, I just want a trim, then that's what you get. She may ask you a question like have you ever thought about an angle here or layer there but no pressure. Her dialogue is very calming and she truly cares about her clients the way she would about her family. She has also cuts my husbands hair and he has only had two people in his 31 years of life cut his hair. Meghan is the only one he trusts. Big bonus she is excellent with kids! She cut my one year old nephews hair and she did an amazing job. If someone can get a kid to cooperate and has that kind of patience, they can do anything!

She's a great all-around and has built quite the clientele. She's great at many things (cutting, coloring, etc.), but I do know she's quite popular for men's haircuts. Aside from Sara, everyone that I've interacted with there were always nice and friendly! Everyone knows their styles, color, and what looks best!
