It took me awhile to use the certificate but I finally did last week and I wish I would have done it sooner! Amber was very nice, easy to talk to, accommodating and beyond talented! I went in with damaged hair from a boxed bleach job that left patches of dark hair throughout and over a year of roots. Amber suggested adding some highlights and lowlights in order to blend my roots into the bleached ends and she topped it off by trimming my split ends and styling my hair to perfection. I couldn't be happier! Everyone that has seen me loves the new look as well. The vibe at the shop was cute and laid back. Perfect for Park Circle. They did not paint the dye on the hair, instead they used foils exactly like full foil, and the color was uneven - from brassy browns, to orange caramel blondes, to bright whites near my face. They placed the highlights completely randomly. I will not be going back due to my 250$ bill and my stylist's inability to candidly admit she did not know how to do balayage. I felt like I should not have paid for a service that was clearly done incorrectly and wasn't what we had agreed upon. The following day I had to go to a different salon and pay 350$ to fix the work this salon had done.
