The salon is beautiful and if you need a simple haircut they can handle that. However, if you want any creative color, such as balayage, they do not have the skills to do so. They did not paint the dye on the hair, instead they used foils exactly like full foil, and the color was uneven - from brassy browns, to orange caramel blondes, to bright whites near my face. They placed the highlights completely randomly. I will not be going back due to my 250$ bill and my stylist's inability to candidly admit she did not know how to do balayage. I felt like I should not have paid for a service that was clearly done incorrectly and wasn't what we had agreed upon. When you go into a salon you expect to get your hair done the way you want it. Unfortunately, I went to a salon and came home crying it was absolutely awful. I had blue, gray, purple and black when all I asked for was some brown and blonde highlights to give my dreaded hair some pop. THANKFULLY, I found Visage in Belle Hall. I called thinking the day before Thanksgiving I'm never going to get in. They brought me right in after several hours later Diane and Victor made a miserable day and hair into something amazing!! I couldn't be more happy with my hair!! During my time while both worked very hard I watched the staff and other Hairstylest work and interact with clients. Just such a wonderful salon!! I didn't have an appointment, so I didn't expect to be seen when I walked in to Visage today (just happened to be in the area and felt like freshening up my look). I anticipated I'd make an appointment and come back another day, since they're very convenient to my home and where I do all of my shopping. Fortunately, though, they happened to be able to fit me in immediately (I wouldn't anticipate this always being the case, but I was in on a Thursday, early afternoon), and Bree sat me down to talk about what I was looking for. I showed her a few pictures, and she made sure she understood what I wanted. We chatted while she put my foils in (mostly me, because, as you can probably tell from my reviews, I don't know when to shut up). I doinked around on my phone while my hair did its thing and got pretty. Then came the wash, glaze, dry, and cut. I am SUPER happy with the results. It's even better than what I'd imagined, and definitely worth every penny. I'll be coming back to see Bree again next time I need to feel pretty. read more

I've been to this salon a handful of times and I'm always happy with my haircut. Depending on the stylist, it can be quite pricey. My haircut was $50 (pretip) but according to the website a woman's haircut can cost anywhere from $45-$75+. I know this is a going rate but it is annoying how much haircuts can cost! I digress.... The place is small but feels large. There are mirrors everywhere! The waiting area isn't very comfortable but I have never had to wait long so that isn't an issue. The place feels cleans excpet for some hair collected at the bottom of a mirror. On my last visit, my stylist was Lauris Florez. She did a great job. I love my haircut and she embraced silence. I hate feeling like I have to make conversation during a haircut so it is great to find a stylist that feels the same way! :) read more

I desperately needed my color redone and overhauled before an event, and since I work in the same shopping center as Visage, I stopped by. The very nice receptionist was able to arrange a quick meet & consultation with Elizabeth who had availability the immediate next morning. Elizabeth and I met and discussed what I was looking for and the color I wanted. I showed her a picture of color that I loved from Pinterest, and she said she could do it! We discussed a price quote and I left confident that the next day I'd have a great style. Great is an understatement. Elizabeth mixed my color carefully, applied it with care, talked with me about her process, and helped me feel so comfortable in the chair. I emphasized that I didn't want much hair cut off, and that's exactly what I got! My hair hasn't been this cared for in a long time, and I'm so pleased with the result. The price tag is worth it! Hair permanently butchered by Latice (sp?). Brought in photo of LONG BOB. She cut 3 inches off the back and layered the back in a choppy manner. Many layers are TWO INCHES long. argued with me that the hatchet job she gave me WAS the photo. How is a hacked off layered (unrequested layers) look a shoulder length BOB with no layers? I finally told her to STOP cutting my hair and we left the front and sides alone. Because I have a genetic hair issue (grows 1/2 inch a year at most and I lose hair with lots of pulling and heat), I cannot expect like others might, to "out grow this". I cannot. SHE WAS TOLD the bob was purposeful to even out the hair because I WAS GROWING IT OUT. WHAT PART OF GROWING IT OUT MEANS cut layers as short as 2 inches from my scalp all over my head, ragged! I am despondent. I cannot stop crying. My husband wants me to sue them; he is furious and cannot understand what happened. He asked, "was she deliberately trying to make you look hideous? Did you offend her? What she did was abuse!" When my daughter saw it, she burst into tears over how I was butchered. I will never return. So so so so sorry I let them book me with an unskilled unknown person who had no desire to LISTEN or attempt to listen but ran her agenda on me. My original appointment was with Anna but she was out with an injury. Never ever ever been so unhappy. Yes, it is JUST HAIR, but I start a new job tomorrow and this was to be my new professional look. I will have to wear a scarf over this butchering until Christmas and then cut it all off. read more

I cannot say enough about this Salon! I was in need of a color correction and in a panic! They got me in right away for a consutation with the owner Diane. She took her time and was very professional, she managed her schedule to fit me in the next day. My blonde hair has never looked better or more natural!
