Very courteous, professional and skilled. I arranged for a manicure for my mom and pedicure for my dad, both done by Jacqueline. She was very warm, polite and professional from start to finish. Both of my parents really enjoyed it so I will be bringing them back. You're always greeted warmly by the front staff with choice of a beverage. The vibe is upscale but not too stuffy.

She was very polite, made sure to ask for my preferences, and did not sacrifice quality for efficiency. I received the most amazing cut & professional shave ever, period! I will see no one else from now on ever, but Ken! He definitely gave me a boss look with the most fantastic personalized service, that his title should be Creative Master, Styling Genius, Hair Expert! Obviously, I cannot say or rave enough about my top notch experience here under Ken's expert handling of men's shears and razor (straight or electric). He has definitely set a new high standard! The entire team at PR Barbers are top notch, professional and very welcoming! From booking my appointment by phone (same day) to welcoming me stepping foot inside all the way through checkout, it was a great experience! I'll be coming back again & again from now on. It was definitely worth it for me to check it out, that from now on I'll definitely be checking in here!

Her space affords you some semblance of privacy as opposed to the traditional barber shop open-air row of chairs. Her space has a TV so you can watch whatever you wish (although I never watch it as I am too busy having a conversation with her) and she even has a fridge with waters or juice for the kids. You better plan at least two weeks ahead if you want a cut, because she is usually booked up for two weeks at any given time. That should speak for itself. I will not go to anyone else for a haircut. I checked my email to find a cancellation email timestamped 6:30pm. This a breach of customer trust. The problem was pushed back to me to solve. So, I am solving by never returning after more than four years of going here. I have no time to play the "system says" games made even more frustrating when the issue is turned back on the customer who apparently imagined this all up despite the confirmation and cancellation emails.
