I had a walk in today with Rebecca, The worst haircut I've ever had in my life. She literally took three minutes to cut my medium length hair. Not a word said during the 3 minutes. I thought she just started cutting my hair, then she was blow drying my hair , I thought maybe my hair was too wet to cut.I didn't realize that she already finished the cutting. my hair was very uneven at the back, It's a total mess. I have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed tomorrow. Her attitude was just absolutely awful! read more

Probably for the better but tried to stop in for a cut. Told that they could not help me because they have 2 customers already and it's only 2 of them there. This while one of the customers is sitting under a dryer and while the other stylist is doing thereown hair. I guess customers last over your own. This is bad management. I'm sure they could have done a male cut while the person was under the dryer. Maybe they should remove all of the walking welcome since they cannot take them and they have time management skills. read more

I saw good reviews and so I made an appointment with Gemma for a haircut and color. The haircut was super rushed and I was left with very choppy looking layers which is not at all the look I was going for or what I asked for. The shortest layer is way too short. I also asked her to trim my bangs/face framing pieces which she didn't do before rushing on to starting my color. I didn't say anything because I thought that she was would finish the cut after the color. For color, I wanted to keep my hair mostly my natural shade with a few highlights. I wanted it to be very subtle. I left with highlights everywhere so much so that my whole head looks like a caramel color instead of my natural dark brown. I should have said something but didn't but I'm very non confrontational and I felt rushed out the door as I believe she ran late with me for her next client. The whole experience was not good as I feel she didn't listen to what I wanted. She even said she gave me "extra highlights for the same price" which is great except that's not what I asked for. I'm sad that my hair looks nothing like what I asked for as I don't think this color suits me. I'm going to have to go get my color and cut fixed somewhere else so I am out $180 for this service. I added pictures to show what my hair looked like prior to the service, what my inspo pic was and what I was left with. Gemma was really nice and helpful, the problem was her colleague Rachel, who is normally never friendly to us,although she is always the one that cuts all our hair, but today she was extremely rude to my 10year old son, yelling at him and insinuating that he is a very dirty person, she obliged us/him to clean the toilet, as it was full of urine and my son said he didn't even use the toilet, he just went inside to get rid of the cut hair he had on his shirt. It was an outrageous situation for my son and also for me. The approach Rachel had with us was absolutely disgusting and very rude. I was never treated like that as a customer in any place before and of course we will never go back. I absolutely recommend the company to do an internal survey about Rachel, as she is always in an extreme bitter mood. read more

Ok so, we make an appointment (granted was the same day). We show up and the stylist tells us she's 20 min late. We brush it off and leave, no biggie it was short notice and things happen. We'll try the next place. What I did not appreciate was an email sent later telling me to give them 24 hour advance notice, when it was them who didn't make the appointment. read more

One of the reviews (the only review) I saw here was funny and what I always think when I travel on the road and dial up a haircut. Michele was AMAZING. Perfect low fade. I have had my roots colored in several different establishments. I have never been insulted by a defensive self righteous bitch quite like this one. I am blonde, while processing I even mentioned it looked a lil dark, I was told "it will fade". Well upon arriving to my car I saw, I then got to attempt to scrub the rest of the dye off my forehead. That was fun. I then called to complain of which was told "the stylist should learn what she did wrong" I agreed. I went into to fix the problem and the stylist wasn't even told. I was told she would have someone helping her with the color. My roots are brunette, I'm blonde, it's very apparent. I ask the stylist why wasn't something said, she went to get the manager and came back with two lovely ladies. Of which they, very quickly became very defensive and accused me of making the girl cry. She wasn't crying. She acted as if I was a habitual complainer. I have been to this establishment with other stylist, never had a problem. Apparently when you book an appt, there are levels, and your not told. So it's a roll of the dice how that might work out for you. Not so much for me. read more

First, I have been to many salons in the area and not once have I gone back a second time because they either didn't do what I asked for or did a really bad job of it. I went to Hair Cuttery in Lakewood Ranch, FL today to get my roots done and Christopher was great. This was my second time there. He's easy to talk to, funny, made me feel very comfortable, very knowledgeable and an expert in his field. Christopher did exactly what I asked for, made a suggestion that worked out perfectly. He does not push services on you but does offer what he thinks will work for you. He also does not just start doing something you didn't ask for that would keep you there for hours doing more and more that you now have to pay for that you didn't budget for. I will go back to Christopher and will send friends to him. He's a treasure! read more

First, A 2 hour job turned into 5 hours. Went in for a retouch, highlights, cut, blowout. The lady was very slow. She did the retouch color first then highlights and I said is there a certain amount of time for this to come off, she said once it reaches the color it stops working. Never heard that before. I thought it stays on for so many minutes. She put in a toner and then washed out went to chair to get cut it looked very dark . So they had to put something in to lighten the toner. After that was done , it was ok Almost my color. On top of this very expensive you think they would have taken something off the bill for this, but Nope. So I won't be going back. read more

Went in yesterday for a haircut for me and my two young boys. Came out with three f*****d up haircuts. The two girls there had no idea how to cut a fade; one of the most simplest and fundamental hairstyles. If I could rate it with less stars, I would. This is the exact example of lazy and rude stylist. With 3 stylist only 2 we're actually seeing walk ins because they were all waiting on the appointments they had scheduled. When I asked why a costumer was called before my son the stylist was loud and rude saying he has an appointment!! My son was so embarrassed we left.
